Beware! Giant Capsules
In the description there is no mention of how big these capsules are and that they are impossible to take As is. You must cut them open which is challenging in itself. I do believe its a good product but I would like to know what dog could possible swallow them whole If I could return them I would
great supplement
My 5 yr old Lab has arthritis in back legs which has made walking painful/difficult to get around. At Vet's suggestion I started giving this to her, which she loves. Onyx movement has improved and I'm starting to see my playful girl back.
Vetoquinol Triglyceride Omega-3
Before I found never dying love for my Greyhounds, I had German Shorthaired Pointers. I started giving them this product which made them shine from the inside out and healthy. My vet agrees, my Greyhounds are healthy too!!
Just what the doctor ordered
The first time my vet gave this to my 9 year old goldendoodle, he had been experiencing lameness due to hip arthritis. He was given a prescription for pain and 2 supplements, including this one. He showed improvement right away, and the vet recommended that he continue with this supplement going forward. I was happy to eventually see this on the chewy website, for a much better price, and my dog continues to run and jump as he did when younger.
Helps with nails breaking
We have a pitbull that is rough on her nails. She plays hard and runs hard, and every winter breaks a bunch of nails (she has brittle nails). At one point she was breaking nails every 3 weeks. They were bloody, splitting down the middle, painful, and causing lots of trips to the vet. Our vet recommended this product, along with flavorless gelatin, and we’ve noticed a huge difference! The gelatin we added just last year, but we’ve been using this product for a few years. Now she breaks one only maybe once a year. I’d say talk to your vet or give this a try if you have similar problems!
A staple for my pups
I use several Vetoquinol products so it’s become a brand whose quality I trust. I tried their pump version of the oil but the container got rather messy no matter how careful I was and I ended up having to keep it in a plastic bag in the bin with the other dog and cat supplies so everything didn’t get sticky. Went back to this version, which I much prefer—I just stick the end with a thumbtack and squeeze it on their food.
No more fish breath!
My older girl is on 8000 mg of fish oil for her arthritis. The fish breath from other products was horrible. This product was recommended by my vet. Gel form is so much easier and cleaner. No need to open the capsules. Very happy that we found the perfect supplement!

these are great! no more dry skin and ,itching, takes a couple of weeks to see the difference, but it works

This is a terrible product . Dogs will not take as a treat . Very hard and had to cut to use to put in foot . Would recommend.
