This gel is Maple Flavor.
I'm not great with measurements, so if i had a 1 ml syringe, how much of this would i use for an adult cat?
Answer by • Nov 02, 2017
For cats over 6 months you'll administer 1.25 milliliters (¼ of a teaspoon) which contains approximately 250 milligrams of L-Lysine. The suggested administration for kittens under 6 months of age is 0.65 milliliters (⅛ of a teaspoon). The doses will be administered twice daily unless specified otherwise by a veterinarian.
Does viralys lose its effectiveness after expiration date?
Answer by • Dec 12, 2019
We recommend using the oral gel prior to expiring for the safety of your pet.
My gal tried once first time couple weeks ago. Will not go near it since. Looks like in elderly age (15.5) she will not be continuing to get the lysine support had the last 13+ years. We finished the last of the VetriScience chews had since early in year and from reviews do not think will waste time with those either. Too bad the entire industry gone downhill.
