I had high hopes after reading the reviews. My Yorkie has sleep incontinence from her spay. When this arrived, I opened it knowing I would have to split it in half for my dog’s weight. Firstly, the offensive odor was so powerful, like burned tires. Yes, smoky burned rubber tires. I removed the cotton I had high hopes after reading the reviews. I tried to break one in half, but ended up using pliers. Then, I offered it to my dog and she quickly avoided it. I capped the bottle and discarded the cotton in the trash...later, why do I still smell burnt tires? It was where I set the cotton on the counter! I immediately cleaned it and had to remove the trash from the kitchen as well. That’s how obnoxious the odor was! I honestly cannot understand why this product is being sold to dogs. I cannot express how much I am against any pet owner purchasing this for a pet. I contacted Chewy and the representative searched the reviews and found the same type of reviews further down, which I didn’t read that far. Please be cautious. Thank you for listening. … more

By Pollaks on Sep 14, 2020
Had my girls on the chewable supplements and moved them to this one. Neither have worked.. thought the chewables were working for a minute but it must have been a good week for them. Wanted to have faith in this but just gotta accept it doesn't work.

Effective bladder control
By LGosto on Sep 7, 2020
We are thrilled with this product. Our female Newfie started having "accidents" after spaying, and the pharmaceutical prescribed by the vet made her irritable/aggressive. Bladder Strength works well with no apparent side effects. When our 13+ year old Shepherd mix started having age related bladder control issues we started him on it as well, with great results. We highly recommend this product!

Some improvement noted
By NingNing on Jul 12, 2020
Some improvement noted after taking this according to instruction for about 2 weeks. Instead of have leakage daily, my senior spayed dog has some incontinence every other day. I am combining this supplement with the Vetri Science Bladder Canine as the ingredients quoted are different and all seem to help with bladder function. Keeping my fingers crossed. I am hiding the tablet in thinly sliced beef and my dog takes it without problem.

Burnt Rubber
By Ding on May 8, 2020
I received the Bladder Strength for my dogs. When I opened the jar in the kitchen, my husband, who was in the living room said it smelled like burnt rubber. I have tried to camouflage the pills with bacon grease, beef broth or something else and they still would not eat their food. The smell is overpowering. They take other medications that I crush up and put in their food and they will eat it. I ordered a different product and hope that works.
