    Extra help

    By on

My male Yorkie was diagnosed with an enlarged heart the end of February. He's on RX from the vet, but I figured he could use a little extra help. We take cq10 so figured it would be beneficial for the puppers too. I open the capsule and mix the powder into the wet food.

    Good substitute for ubquinol

    By on

Not sure if this is beneficial but it is easy to pull apart and sprinkle onto our cats food. We're waiting for the ubquinol to be in stock, as this is the form of coq10 our cats cardiologist recommends to use.

    Great product

I recently purchased this product because my 12 yr old Boston was really slowing down and having a tough time with stairs and walks . Since he has started taking the pill every morning he is moving like he is a pup again and keeping up with his sisters. Highly recommend this product and start early don't wait!!

    Seems to help

    By on

I got this for my senior dog with bad hips. I can't honestly say I've seen much difference, but if it's slowing down his deterioration, I'll be happy.

    Great Value

    By on

It’s very hard to find small milligram Coq10 for my yorkie. In the past, I’ve had it compounded for much higher cost. I was thrilled to find this offered by VetriScience through Chewy! It arrived in just a few days and I signed up for Autoship so I don’t have to remember when to reorder.

    Too soon to know !

    By on

I have read alot of articles on supplementing COQ10 in older dogs. Just like we humans, they loose the ability to make enough on their own and is really important for heart health. Have just started her on this and have seen some improvement in she seems to have more pep and overall seems to feel better.

    Poor source of COQ10

    By on

I was in a hurry to get my dog on COQ10 for her heart issues. I was skeptical about this since it didn't say on the bottle or at the website whether this was Ubiquinol (an excellent, and highly absorbable form) or Ubiquinone (a much less viable form) on the bottle. Still I thought it was a good company so I bought it. It took several phone calls to the company to get them to return my calls and answer the questions. I will say that eventually they did call me, so they didn't avoid me completely. If you want something truly good for your dog, do your research and find a ubiquinol sourse.

hard for older dog to swallow capsules

    By on

It would be great if someone could create a CoQ10 liquid you can add to a dog's food. My dog is 16 and he cannot chew and swallow the pill pockets anymore, I add to his food, but he refuses to eat it. A liquid with a bit of a pleasant flavor would be delightful.

Our 12 year old has really benefitted with Coenzyme Q10.

    By on

Been using Coenzyme Q10 for a couple of years now for our little Boston Terrier/ Chihuahua mix, Amigo. His Holistic vet recommended it for his heart health, and now our little Chihuahua Katie, age 10, has started to take this supplement as well. Both are doing great! They don't act their ages! Such little busy loveable doggies!
