Liked the taste
My cat loved the taste but it seemed to make him worst. Maybe something in the ingredients didn’t agree with him. Tried to give him half a pill with food and still it didn’t agree with him, so took him off the pills. According to reviews seemed to work for others.
just a great product for me and my cat
My Cat Loves This And After Trying Everything to help with the hair balls i find that this works great would recommend this to all cat owners thank you chewy for recommending this to me
Been using this one for years
I cannot say this by itself will prevent hairballs but I think it is one that help to some degree. Brushing is the best hairball prevention. I know this one is the only one that one of my cats will tolerate without vomiting so I add it to their wet food. I think it helps if you give the correct amount indicated. I will continue to purchase it and I do recommend it because it is easy to grind up & add to wet food. Using Vets hairball control & brushing daily is a good preventative for hairballs.
Cut into Quarters
Surprisingly, my cat will eat these ~1/2" tablets, if they are cut into quarters and included with his dry cat treats.
Effective Hairball Treatment
I feed kibbles to two cats and canned food to the other cat. For the kibbles I break up the tablets and drop them on the food. For the soft food I grind the tablet to powder and stir it into the food. I have noticed reduced frequency in vomiting in both cases.
Yuck - No one will go near them
My human bought them for me because I won't take Petromalt or Laxatone gels. These are huge discs. They crumble if you break them, and I refused to eat even one bit. My brother & sister also won't touch them
Good for hairball prevention
My senior cat was vomiting almost every other day from his hair. As he has aged (he's 11 now), he cannot digest like he used to. I use Cat Lax and salmon oil too and brush him several times a day, but this has helped him to pass the hair, and he has been vomiting much less (once in the last 10 days). I started slowly adding to his food and now am up to the recommended dose of 2 tablets per day. Excellent value for the price and highly recommend, if your cat is in a similar situation.
My poor girl has suffered with throwing up hairballs several times a week...for too long. I had stopped fighting with her attempting to give her the petroleum based product; she hated every thing about it! I recently saw this product, HAIRBALL RELIEF:DIGESTIVE AID, on Chewy and decided to try it. I played around with lowering the daily dose because it was so effective. What a miracle! Not one hairball in 2 weeks!! We both are very grateful!
Yummy chewable tablet
My mom breaks the tablet in 4 pieces and pretends liked it is a treat. I don't care because I like them better than that gooey stuff that gets all over my long white fur. I also stopped yacking up on the carpet so it is a win win.
love these! so great!
These work wonders for my little long haired buddy. He was having hairball issues for awhile, but these have helped so much! He eats them right up!
