I'm soooo glad Chewy offers pet insulin! My CJ is newly diagnosed and I was 'surprised' at how quickly his vet bills have added up. A friend told me about Chewy and the difference is so much appreciated! Unfortunately our first shipment was delayed a day (I'm guessing due to bad weather on shipping day - major storms in the warehouse area) and although the insulin was packed with coolant, it wasn't fully sealed so some cooling ability was lost as a result, we still got the insulin while somewhat cool. I ran it to the fridge and after a few days' usage am certain all's well.

Great product which my dog needs but it took very long time for me to get the product. There was mis communication between Chewy and my vet. My vet said they never received Chewy's email the first time it was sent. I hope the service will be better next time for I want to get this insulin from Chewy on a regular basis. Hands down the best customer service on top of everything else! First time ordering through chewy and not only are the prices the best around but the package quality was spot on! Was a little nervous with it being insulin but it came packaged great. Even received a small free gift package today! They go above and beyond no exaggeration, wish i had been ordering a lot sooner you guys are awesome! Thanks again Chewy

I was concerned re the need to keep it chilled in transit. However, Chewy's packaging & chilling exceeded my expectations! No worries for me ordering again from Chewy :)

I was a little concerned about how cold the insulin would be after arriving but it was packaged to insure insulin would be kept as cold as possible. I was very pleased as was my fur baby.
