We need to rush in the order for the Vetsulin because the vet's clinic can't give us all 8 bottles of Vetsulin as they need to reserve for another patient. But I need this as I need to fly back to Bangkok on December 6th - which is tomorrow. We called in after finding out about this. The representative @ Chewy made me feel that I wouldn't miss this flight because they would rush orders and get me all the orders - and I got it today in the afternoon. WOW - What's amazing service @ Chewy. Love and will continue to be your member for long time.
The package was left on doorstep. It was only cool and not cold. When I opened it there were only two packages of the Nordic Ice to keep it cold. The Vetsulin was still cool but almost room temperature. Past packages have been excellent, this one gives me concern over the Vetsulin's strength.
My cat Tuxedo Caldwell has been on Vetsulin almost 4?years without any problems. Chewy is always prompt in delivering insulin and syringes. The insulin is sent ina refrigerated box.Tuxedos blood sugar has been perfect,
I switch to Vetsulin after my Vet recommended it. The vial was very well protected and refrigerated. I was bubble-wrapped and placed in a very big insulated box and kept refrigerated by 4 big ice packs. Very pleased by the delivery [in 2 days] and its effectiveness.
I am grateful for the convenience of having my cat’s insulin delivered. It arrived on the third day after ordering, packed in a very well insulated box. Chewy really is very efficient in filling orders.
Good job on the insulin. Bad job on the DM cat food. 1st shipment never received so reordered. Second shipment received. Received “shipping label” for the return of 1st shipment but have never received it!
The package came well insulated and cold. Since this is a lot or packing, and the Insulin good my date does not start until first used, next time I will order several bottles to reduce the amount of packing waste.
I was hesitant at first from comments of it being received warm but, so far they come packaged very well chilled and marked refrigerated product. It is 13 dollars cheaper per bottle than through my vet and any savings helps as it takes two a month
We have ordered insulin and syringes from Chewy 3 times, and all 3 times we have had to get a replacement bottle of insulin sent. When we order these items together Chewy places the insulin, ice packs, and syringes all in the same giant box. Needless to say when we receive the order, the ice packs are melted, and the insulin is hot. So we call, then send a replacement bottle of insulin in a small box with ice packs and all is fine itsnot rocket science. If you put ice in a giant box and it gets warm, the ice will melt. If you pack it tightl in a small box, it will last much longer. I have tried explaining this to the pharmacy staff 3 times, to no avail. I've seensimilarcomplaintson here and on the Chewy Facebook site. This is 3rd grade science. Ship your insulin orders in a small box, packed tightly with ice packs and the insulin will be fine. Keep shipping them in large boxes, and you will keep having to replace my orders. Chewy do better....There are to many other vendors that can ship our insulin to us for the same price, and do it correctly the 1st time.
Better price then at Vets , Needs to be kept cold and was packed very nicely with ice. It also came quickly like everything else from Chewy. Vetsulin has kept my dog going for just about 3 years now , what more could I ask for.
