I typically just buy the pro plus Victor food which has done wonders for all 3 of my dogs coats. 1 pitbull 1 shitzhu and 1 chihuahua mix. They were sketch as soon as I tried to ween them off onto this one but they mainly eat cuz they have to.

  • seem to like it

Been trying to find a food that they will eat. They seem to like this but they liked hero/grain free better. I have four so really 30 bag does not last so this comes in 40 lb bag. Order once a month. I like the kibble size. When they start not eating, then i try something else. Victor is a good food but I notice the price creeping up.

  • not impressed

    By on

I had been feeding California Natural Lamb/Rice for the past year and my dogs were doing well. Chewy stopped carrying this so I thought I'd try the Victor Brand Lamb. I have been gradually switching over but it's not going well. My Mastiff (who doesn't generally have gas) could clear a stadium. Her coat is shedding alot and she doesn't seem to like the taste. Both dogs (newf and mastiff) have been pooping at least 5 times per day each. I'm switching off of this formula asap and throwing it out.
