Our little Sophie Grace "Chihuahua" enjoys her tooth paste. She is only 12 months old, and her teeth look polished, and bright white. Wonderful Vet checks, while asking us about her beautiful smile! It's in the tube, C.E.T. If you have trouble brushing your pets teeth, simply rub this on all gums next to your pets teeth, and
it will do a great job for you. As you know, Chihuahua's, and other small breeds have gum/teeth issues. Start this early with a new pup, or start now to help slow the progression of gum disease.
Taste must be good

My babies don't like their teeth brushed to start off. I just switched to this to see if brushing changes their mind...lol.
I'll say, like the reviews I read prior to purchasing this, they must like the flavor.
I put it on the tooth brush, let them smell & lick it and they let me brush. The ones I bought from the store, yeah not so much! I just tossed 2 store purchased tubes. Made in the USA is important to us as well, with all our products.

Dogs love it, which means I get to brush their teeth better and longer. Great product and I believe there teeth look better already instead of using a cheap toothpaste.

Vet recommended an enzymatic toothpaste. I brush all three of my dogs teeth almost every evening. They may have preferred the poultry flavor of this same product, but they do OK with the beef.Teeth seem to be staying cleaner.
Glad beef flavor is available!

My vet stopped carrying this brand toothpaste, and my dog loved the beef flavor. We’ll now get it from chewy, convenient and good price on this.

This product is great... the flavor actually entices my dog to let me brush her teeth! She is very food motivated so she loves it!

All six of my dogs love the poultry flavored toothpaste and they are starting to get used to their teeth being brushed.
Feels like new formula

I hadn't used this product in a while, but from what I recall, it used to be more paste-like in texture and coloring. Surprised to see clear gel type substance. I got this for my kittens to help reduce tartar build-up. Just started using it, so we'll see how it goes. Meanwhile, it's a wonder the kittens didn't maul my face!
Yorkie loves the taste
on Aug 22, 2017
My yorkie loves the flavor and I love using a product that I know will help keep my yorkies teeth clean and pearly white. I think we both prefer the poultry flavor of this brand though. The beef flavor is more of a gel instead of a paste which I don't feel like cleans as well. I think Chloe prefers the poultry flavor also, but she also likes the beef flavor.
Beef Flavor Gel- not liked by my dogs
on Jan 1, 2018
I usually buy the chicken flavor paste, but thought I would try the beef for something different. My dogs usually lick the toothbrush and try to eat the chicken paste, but not with the beef gel! Doesn't even smell like beef. I will go back to the chicken. I'm sure the product works well, but my dogs don't like it.
