Something is off about these
My chinchilla normally LOVES these treats, but the most recent shipment was melty and stuck together even though it was 30 degrees outside, and my chinchilla will not touch them. He usually goes insane for these, and eats 2 a day. They are not expired so I just think they were stored badly in the warehouse or something and now they've gone off.
Avoid this treat
Please, if you love your chinchillas , do not get this snack,it's full of ingredients that are not suitable for them and can be harmful. I am blessed to have smart chinchillas ,they rejected it right away Stick with oxbow brand .
PRICE INCREASE TRIPLED
The absurdity of now tripling the price of these treats is ridiculous. I spend hundreds a month at chewy and these drastic price increases are making it hard to continue to shop when other major companies are cheaper.
Favorite treat, but has TRIPLED in price
Our senior chinchilla LOVES these treats. We can only find the yogurt covered ones locally, so have purchased them from Chewy for the last few years. I get that prices have gone up recently, but this specific item has more than tripled! I also agree with the others, do NOT purchase in the summer months. The product will melt before it makes it to you. We usually bought 2-3 packs in the spring and fall.
Over priced
My chinchilla loves these but they highly over priced.. I thought ordering from Chewy I’d save money not pay more
My chinnies love these
My chinchillas absolutely love these. They hear the bag crinkle and they get so excited. I let them pick their own treats and they always chose these.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY THESE! YOGURT IS EXTREMELY BAD FOR YOUR CHIN AND IT CAN LEAD TO GASTROINTESTINAL PROBLEMS WHICH CAN KILL YOUR CHIN!! DAIRY IS HORRIBLE FOR THEM! PLEASE NO VET WOULD RECOMMEND THIS!!

A great big lump
This has always been my pet's favorite yogurt treat but it continues to go up in price and now this last time it came as a one big lump melted together. I'm at home all the time, so I picked it up as soon as it was left on my porch, so I don't know if it happened your warehouse or the truck, but it's like a big rock and unusable.
do not order in summer months
I got these yesterday and its just one big melted clump, also i broke a chunk off and my chinchilla did not like these, left it in his cage last night and its still there this morning
