can u give it to them with out cooking
Answer by ChewyJan 07, 2021
These treats can be served unpopped or popped in the microwave. Feed 1 to 3 corn cobs per week, depending on the size of your companion. To pop in the microwave, place a single cob on a microwave-proof plate on high for 15 seconds. Microwave wattages vary, so repeat if necessary until corn has popped. Not all kernels may pop. Do not microwave more than 2 minutes. Caution: product will be hot. Please allow Mini-Pop to cool completely before feeding to your animal (for quicker cooling, place in the freezer for a few minutes after popping). Do not leave microwave or children unattended.

Little corn cob

My mice and rats love these little corn cobs, but lately I've been getting them with very little corn left on the cob. Thank you chewy for making this right with me. Hope vitacraft fixes this issue.

Gerbils love these snacks!

Our new gerbils really love these - either popped or not. Great for helping them to socialize so they will sit in my hand to eat.

Great RAW UNCOOKED TREAT

This should only be given as a treat and uncooked! Cooking can reduce their ability to digest the corn!

Yummy hamster treat

My Hamster loves these. One lasts a few weeks - month. Really good enrichment as they have to really work to get the corn. You can also pop them in the microwave for a hamster friendly popcorn. But I am yet to try this.

Corn cops you can pop in microwave.

My rats went plum crazy over these things. But they pop that good off the cob, but the kernels that do pop are miniature version of people popcorn, so cute. They would fight over the kernels.
