Hello! This food, toppers and treats are SO great! We have 3 Boston Terriers ages 10,8 and 4. I have always cooked for them because no matter what I gave them it was a chore to get them to eat until now, they absolutely LOVE this food! It also worried me to make sure my homemade had all the nutrients they need. It can get kinda pricey to feed all 3 2x a day so I get a really good quality dry kibble, mix in the food nibs and put a Tbl spoon of topper on their food. For months now, they eat it immediately and seem to be doing great on it. I am also a pet sitter/boarder and have suggested it to some of my clients who seem to be having skin/ scratching issues with their dogs. Thank you, VE for making such a great quality product!

This is magic!! Big win!!

I have a very old cat, and unfortunately he has cancer. He is losing weight but he doesn't have appetite either... With 1 teaspoon of this topping sprinkled on the top of his normal food, he finished his food! Whole bowl! Without any crumb left! This topping will give us better, happier feeding time. Thank you Chewy!!

Not a Topper

My cat wouldn't eat this, and my dogs eat free-choice dry food, so I wasted my money. I thought it was something I could sprinkle on everyones' food or give as treats. I misunderstood the meaning of "topper". It's really a powder that needs to be mixed with water or wet food.

This is a fav of our 9 year old and 2 year old Aussies! Our 16 year old cat, not so much. The dogs love this on top of their kibble mixed with a little bit of warm water.

He LOVES this

I can add this to the wet food that he normally wouldn’t touch and he’ll lick the bowl clean. He’ll eat it dry, wet, as a topper, he doesn’t care.

Lifesaver for a picky cat with health issues

My little guy (6-year old shorthair cat) had been having issues with weight loss, but he's also a picky eater. I was desperate to find something that would get him to at least eat a little more. This food topper not only adds extra calories when he doesn't eat a lot of his food, but it gets him to clean his plate. It might not be for every cat, but I'm really glad I tried this out.
