Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) is a supplement commonly used to treat vitamin B12 deficiencies in animals with gastrointestinal disease. Prescribed by a veterinarian, this injectable solution is used with dogs, cats and horses.


For use in Vitamin B-12 deficiency associated with inadequate Vitamin B-12 intake or intestinal malabsorption.

Each mL contains: Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B-12) 1000 mcg with sodium chloride 0.22% w/v (weight by volume), ammonium sulfate 0.1% w/v, citric acid 0.01% w/v, sodium citrate 0.008% w/v and benzyl alcohol 1.0% v/v (volume by volume) (preservative).

Recommended Dosage

Dogs/Cats - 0.25 to 0.5 mL. Horses, Cattle, Swine and Sheep - 1 to 2 mL.

Storage Instructions

Store at controlled room temperature between 59°F - 86°F. Avoid exposure to light.
