Love the top but unfortunately I did not measure before purchasing and it runs small in my opinion.

Size Chart is Wrong and Runs Very Small

I used the size guide when I ordered this and it is way too small for my 55 pound dog, who was on the low end of the range. Sizing chart needs to be adjusted.

If you order this, I suggest ordering a few sizes larger. I ordered a large and was not big enough to fit on my dog whom I always by large. Will have to reorder! Ugh!
