Good but could be better

When looking up birdseeds best for my region. I'm in 10b zone. This came up and I was excited to get when I was dumping out got alot of twigs and chaff and couple of leaves. Like I get it . It's from a plant at the same time Wagner comes very highly rated soo it was a shock to see this type of quality. I dump the seeds into a storage bin and mix with other seeds and treats for my birds. Which they love. Just wish I didn't have to throw out 1/4 of the bag that was primarily twigs/chaff/leaves. Could do without it. #chewyteamrated

contained worms

This seed contained worms. I had it stored in a container that I also purchased from Chewy but I didn't want it in the house with the worms so I put it outside (I don't have a garage). I read that animals could chew through the container but hoped for the best. FYI: they can chew through it. It all went to the trash as it was a bear that got into it and I couldn't risk dumping the remaining bird seed and inviting him for more snacks.

Love Wagner's sunflower seed,it always brings the birds and squirrels to my deck.With a 20 pound bag,plenty to go around for everyone! Now it should be said that the price of this stuff seems to have gone up in price than what I used to get it for and maybe that's just economy but I still can't find it anywhere else for cheaper so Chewie is still the best!

Lots of sticks, rocks and other detritus. I don’t expect 100% cleanliness but this is ridiculous! I will not buy again

Lots of chaff, but great bags.

I really appreciate it the quality and user friendliness of the packaging. The handle and attachment are strong and secure. Unfortunately, there is a fair amount of chaff, more stems than I would like which to get caught up in the feeder. .

Bird seed squirrels don't want to eat either.

We purchased this seed as we are trying to stop using plastic and thought this bag was paper. Even if it was paper, we would not order this seed again as it was filled with seed debris. Broken seed, ground seed, seed dust , twigs were just a constant it each cupful we grabbed.

Black sunflower seeds

All of my usual birds, cardinals, finches, etc. , all love these seeds. I have the fill the feeders more often because they eat them so fast and bring their friends.
