Chewy is GREAT!

I am a poor old woman, but I live in a place where a variety of birds abound. The cardinals really like the black sunflower seeds. Through the winter they have brought me a lot of cheer. The other birds seem to like the deluxe mix. I guess I spoil them, but they need a lot of energy in cold weather! I am a poor old woman, but I live in a place where a variety of birds abound. lots of junk filler

The sunflower seed 20 lb bag probably has at least a pound of junk- sticks, what looks like peanut shells, etc. I've had at least 15 bags of it in the past year or so and it's always like this. Not only are you paying extra for it, but this junk will get stuck in certain types of feeders. The birds all love it. The squirrels do, too, but oh well. I've been feeding this to my birds for years; it's always gone the fastest of any food they're given.

The birds really like this addition to their breakfast. I get so many different types of birds that i like to mix my own. The blue jays especially enjoy them. But i get some random seasonal birds that also like them. And let's not forget the ravens. LOL
