This is confusing. The picture shows a skip blade but it says 7F on it. The F is for finishing blades. Is the picture wrong?

Can you tell me the part number for one of these except for a consumer model MC2?

Unfortunately, this blade is not compatible with the Wahl PCMC2 clipper. It is compatible with other detachable blade clippers such as the Wahl KM Cordless, KM10, KM5, KM2, Power Grip, SS-Pro, and Stable Pro Plus.
Will this series blade work on any Wahl Clipper?

This blade is compatible with Wahl’s KM10, KM5, KM2, KM2 Deluxe, KM Cordless, Power Grip, SS-Pro, and Stable Pro Plus clippers.
Will this fit Model MC2 ?

These blades are Wahl Professional Animal Competition Series blades and will not fit the Wahl Model MC2 as that model is from the Wahl Consumer division for human use.

Great blade

Great blade at a great price. After doing some research on different blades this one definitely lived up to the task.

wahl Comp are great

I use Oster for preshaves, Andis for many other clips, but Wahl is for the extra fine crisp look. Length wise any brand’s 7F, 5F, 10, etc will leave the same however the Wahl Comp series takes just a tiny fraction more off leaving the cut look much more crisp. To an owner they can’t see the difference but a groomer can. Some dogs I don’t bother using these and never would preshave a dog dirty with these. They catch more on knots vs the regular F blades and they are made from softer metal so they will not stay as sharp as long unless only used on clean dogs and finishing work really. At work I treat these like my babies and I don’t prefer the black coated series only the regular competition.

Great tool for a tough job ahead

to me these cut better than stock and were much more quiet. You need this, just don't forget cool spray as it will run hot.
