    This isn't Great

By Chelsea on Nov 20, 2020

A Dremel works way better. This tool doesn't have nearly enough power. It took me over 30min to get my dogs nails down to a shorter length, there's barely any power and the attachments are useless after 1-2 nails

    Easy to Use

By dogmom on Sep 18, 2020

I'm very pleased with the Nail Filer. It's smaller than one I used before and much more quiet. It also has good sandpaper and gives you extras. The dog is much more quiet and comfortable when I use this one. I highly recommend it.

I had bought this a few months ago

    By lahpetchonka5199 on Aug 2, 2020 Top 1000 Contributor

I just thought I would do my fur babies nails; since I never used it before I wanted to get the feel of it by trying it on my one nail so I wouldn’t hurt my kids. The advertising said that it’s the safer way to cut their nails... a no... it hurts and you can really hurt your fur babies using this on them. Buttons runs as soon as I turn it on so does Papi. However I need to make sure they aren’t going to get hurt

    vet technician

Loved this product. I work with animals so I am familiar with using a dremel/nail filer. This product is intended to just file down the sharpness of your dogs nails after a nail trim. Do not use this product as a form of “clipping” your dogs nails because that’s not really what this product is intended for. I do not recommend this product for big breed dogs as this product does not have enough power to handle thick nails. I recommend looking into a different dremel if you own a big breed dog. It’s perfect for Small to Medium size dogs

    Nail filer

By None on Aug 10, 2020

Pets are petrified of the vibration. Not as good as I thought it would be. The sander isn’t strong enough to complete project quickly

    Not the answer

By TCarp on Jun 12, 2020

Used this one time! Caught up in the dog hair, pulled and caused pain. Some nails were too tough and barely took anything off. After 2 paws went back to the old fashioned trimmer.

    I need more power Scotty!!!

By Underpowered on May 4, 2020

Under powered, took 2 brand new batteries prior to finishing the job. Might be ok for a little dog, but not for a medium sized dog's nails.

    Perfect for my dogs

By Stacie on Oct 20, 2019

I have two Boston terriers that scream if I try to clip their nails. This has been the perfect tool for them, finally I can do their nails at home. Saves me a lot of money not having to bring them to the groomers for this. The only thing grinds in both directions the only thing is that it’s more powerful in one direction, but still gentle enough not to freak my dogs out.

It's really for very small nails

By LLPP on Nov 9, 2019

While the description indicates it can be for medium dogs- I would say only very small ones or cats can benefit from this tool.
