    Dog loves it

I’m not a fan of the soupy consistency, but it’s something that gets my dog to eat all her meal, rather that leave half of it

I received two cases of this dog food and it was runny and looked like vomit. I've got it in the past and it was fine (firm with vegetables that I could see), so I knew something was wrong with the order. I shook the other cases and could hear the contents sloshing around, so I knew the other cans were also defective. Chewy kindly credited me the cost of the food. I contacted the manufacturer and sent them a video of me pouring out the slop into my kitchen sink. The representative told me that it looked like the gelling process was missed, and assured me that it was just a fluke. I had my doubts about this because if only the gelling process was missed I should have been able to see vegetables, but there were none. Regardless, I went ahead and ordered two more cases and received the same defective food, which I would not trust to feed my dogs. Again Chewy credited me with the cost. Like the two prior defective cases, these are going into the trash. I'm done with this company. … more
