Make walking your dog fun and enjoyable again for both of you with the Walk ‘n Train Dog Head Halter. The unique design of this halter fits like a collar, but works like a no-pull head halter by guiding the head–and where the head goes, the body follows. When your dog pulls, she receives gentle pressure on her snout to correct the unwanted behavior and then receives an immediate reward as the collar releases its pressure once she stops pulling. The halter is made of quick-drying polyester webbing with a heavy-duty quick-release snap; the included safety loop attaches to her regular collar so you still maintain control if she slips out of the head halter. The nose band is padded for extra comfort and the side straps allow her to still pant and drink water while wearing the halter.

This halter was way too big on my dog. I just don’t understand how a extra small wouldn’t fit but didn’t. I had to put a whole lot of pins on it to make the halter fit. Even after making it as small as it will go it still didn’t fit. I like the halter it just didn’t seem to fit her.
Great little device

Takes some getting used to by the dog, they try to paw it off at firs, and the handler. Requires a gentle hand and a watchful eye when using it. Make sure it is fit properly. A double leash at first might be useful. One on the dog collar and one on the walk n train. I really like the padded nose piece, it does not cut into the dogs nose as do other products. I am a 110 # 69 yr. old lady. I can take my two 75 # untrained rescue labs for a walk together without any problem.

Have a very energetic Vizsla who was hurting my shoulder when walking. As we walk 1 to 3 miles a day I figured I was in trouble. Her harness is good for little walks or in the car but the walk n train keeps her so much more focused on me and she doesn't even tug to go further. After a few fumbles I hold it right and have no touble getting it on her as she puts her snout right in.

I got this for my 60 pound border collie mix, and it works amazingly. The only thing is it is not the best quality, but it works and I’m not afraid that it will brake. I use this for my dog that has a collapsed trachea, and this doesn’t hurt her.
Fits great and seems to say in place

Even though my pups not a fan, I am. This halter is padded on the top and seems to stay in place nicely. It doesn't seem to rub his eyes as much as other head halters do. I use it when I take my pup out to public places with lots of people. Its a gentle way to prevent/train your pup from jumping all over strangers. (8 month old st. poodle, size L.)

We had another brand of this that only attached to our STUBBORN labs nose. She would try and pull/paw it off and cut her face. This one we start with a small, which fit but on all of the largest settings. We got a large because she's only 7 months, a bit big on the snout but hopefully she'll grow into that a bit! She looks unimpressed her picture because she is but mom likes it
Its nice but...

I was excited to get this harness and its easy to put on but the straps for the cheek area are a bit to long and unadjustable. Do to the lengt issue the loop around the muzzel slips down and can come off if my dog bows her head. I have been able to use the harness without too much of a problem so I’m mostly happy.
very nice and well padded

i liked this head halter because it is adjustable in two spots one around the neck and the other spot is around the nose so if you have a dog like mine that has a bigger neck size you can still adjust the loop that goes over there nose to an appropriate size and it has good padding were it sits on the dogs nose
Good training tool

We rescued a 4-yr-old German Shepherd mix who needs plenty of leash training! This halter was recommended to us by our dog trainer. It has taken us many baby steps to get our stubborn Shepherd to tolerate this halter, but now he will walk nicely for up to a mile before he starts balking. The halter works great to stop pulling and lunging! I'm confident that eventually he'll get used to it. Many dogs learn a lot more quickly than ours (our previous Shepherd accepted a head harness in less than a week), so I have no hesitation recommending this harness.
junk don't buy

This item is a total piece of junk. It's advertised and available for XL dogs, which I have. I got the XL and it arrived, I put it on, and in 5 minutes he had chewed through the thin material. Total junk. Not big or durable for a large dog. Maybe for a Chihuahua, but not a big dog.
