Put a cover over the litter box and they will start to associate the litter box as a safe space. It won't stop them from pooping other places too, but the vast majority of their business will be in the litter box. The only downside to this is the wire flooring. After potty training my piggies I read that the wire flooring is bad for their delicate feet. So I have to find an alternative. In the meantime they legitimately won't use anything else. I tried taking the wire flooring out but they don't like it without the barrier there between them and their mess. I'll have to figure out another solution.
My birds were not fans of the standard nest boxes and preferred a cardboard box. This is big enough for both of them to sit in so they aren’t sitting on one another and it fits perfectly in the corner of the cage. Not its intended purpose but it still works for my weirdos
No more pee spills in the house! My rabbit can go potty here and leave everything there with no leaks!
