    Jumbo Size Great for Rabbits

I breed Holland lop rabbits and have used the Jumbo Ware Scatterless litter boxes in my solid floor cages for the past two years. I recommend them to all of my customers too. I recommend them to all of my customers too. The jumbo size works great for Holland lop bunnies, which are about 3-5 pounds full grown. The metal grate is nice to keep the bunnies elevated from the mess below. Each day, I use a plastic putty knife to scrape the compressed pine pellets and urine/poop into a compost bin to spread on the garden. The litter box can then be rinsed out and refilled with litter. Very easy! I have a few rabbits who nibble and scratch the plastic, but it's never too severe. The clips hold the litter pan securely onto the cage but are easy to remove for cleaning. Only a few rabbits have figured out how to detach the pan from the cage. My only complaints are that the wire grate does rust and needs repainted after about a year, and Chewy's price is constantly fluctuating on this item. Currently, it is double the price it was three months ago, so I will not purchase it again until the price decreases. … more

Ware Scatterless Lock-N-Litter Small Animal Litter Pan

The grate moves too much for my bunny to feel confident enough to stand on it. I had to drill holes and connect wires to stabilize it enough for her to use it. She's a "Special Needs Rabbit" and a grated litter box is imperative to keeping her infection free. THE CONCEPT IS AWESOME! It's just that finding bigger sizes is impossible. Please consider making many larger size options. … more

  • Perfect for two 3 month bunnies!

I was looking for something to litter train my bunnies, and this is perfect. The white metal grid is not harsh on the bunnies' feet and the pan stores quite a bit before it reaches the metal grid. I would happily buy it again if the need arises! Delivery was quick too! There were no issues.

  • Best litter pan for house rabbits!

    By on

This litter box is perfect for my two male Dutch bunnies. It fits their cages nicely, and the grate helps keep their paws and bellies clean instead of sitting on top of wet bedding (and then traipsing all over my home with urine and droppings on their paws). It's easy to clean too! I empty the box at least every other day, and it doesn't take me long at all to get both cleaned out and replaced with fresh bedding.

  • Great litter box

My bunny was practically litter trained (100% urine and 80% of poop) within a few days of introducing her to this product. It keeps her feet and white fur out of the waste which keeps her clean and smelling good. Easy to clean and sanitize.

  • best litter box ever

I have two holland lops and they move making messes especially with their litter box but this stopped them. For those worried about them lifting the bars, they can't. That white strip across the front stops them from lifting it up. I will admit it is very small for my two bunnies but it works so great product.

  • Best Litter Pans

These litter pans are amazing. I was having problems with my rabbits feet smelling. I got these pans with the grates and my little girls feet have never been whiter! Only issue is the rabbit urine takes a tole after a while.

  • Perfect for a bunny

    By on

I love it for my rabbit! Some people have complained about it being too small, but I think it is just right. He can do what he needs to do! He loves laying on it, which makes me very happy about the wire cover on it. Most of the poop goes right through the wires, and it is fairly easy to clean. I definitely suggest this!

  • Locks in the Poops

Awesome little pan for smaller rabbits. My lops fit into it comfortably and with the guard, don’t have to sit in their mess when they go. Also prevents rabbits that like to dig their litter around as well!

  • A Must Have!!!

I bought this for my rabbit when I first got him and he was potty trained within about 2 weeks. Not only does the grate keep his feet clean, but I line it with potty pads and cleaning it is a breeze.

  • Saves me $80 a month!

    By on

Our rabbit is a Holland dwarf mix and weighs aboutt 6 lbs.I was spending $20 a week on special litter box 'pellets' . I bought the Jumbo litter box and 28lb Arm and Hammer non-stick litter, which I have Chewy autoship every 4 months. I love that the grate keeps our rabbit from ever touching the litter. I wipe the grate with a disinfecting wipe daily. The grate coating starts to degrade after 6 months - but that's my indicator to replace the box. Your bun will appreciate a fresh and clean litter box!
