To select the most accurate size collar for your pet, measure the center of their neck with a cloth tape measure, a few inches down from their head. Pull the cloth tape measure snug, but not tight. If you don't have a cloth tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a rigid ruler afterwards. Make sure there’s enough room for about two fingers between the collar and your pet’s neck for comfort.

Doesn't glow in the dark

Looks like a nice washable collar but it doesn't glow in the dark. I tried putting it in the sun and then put it in a dark room to see if it would help. Nope - still doesn't glow.

My fur baby is black so the collar should have just illuminated around her sweet lil’ neck, but it didn’t do the trick. I kept her regular red collar on just for comparison sake and there isn’t a difference. I will just stick to purchasing treats and food products in the future.
