Flimsy
This leash is very flimsy. My pup chewed through it in less than 5 minutes and I found him wandering off leash (well, with just 6” of leash still attached). He is not a chewer which further shows how weak this is. I would not trust it if dog is to be left alone for any length of time.
Perfect to help introduce your dog into the pool
Perfect to assist your dog to get into the pool. My dog was hesitant. Using the waterproof leash helped me lure her onto the first step and into the water. Plus, this leash didn't ruin the buckle or cotton leash.
I should have read the reviews
I ordered this leash for its 10 foot length -- our morning walks are wandering, sniffing strolls. But this leash was not as I expected, and I would've preferred the usual webbed cloth design to this plastic feeling leash.
Great Leash!
I love this leash. It is better quality than I was expecting. It feels extremely durable and sturdy. I know it will last a long time. I live the bright red color and that it is waterproof makes it even better!

Heat leash
Great 10 ft. leash if you have a dog that likes to be the lead dog sometimes, especially if she is a Boykin spaniel.
Not what I was expecting
The leash is waterproof but it is also thick and plastic-y. I usually have a knot in the leash about a foot from the handle to act as a signal to my hand that the end of the leash is coming up soon. This leash did not allow for a knot and because the leash material is unforgiving, having ten feet of it instead of six feet did not have the desired effect (I hoped to allow my dog a little more running room before I hit the guard knot and gathered him back in.)
Great waterproof leash
This leash is great its lightweight and easy to clean. You can loop it to make it smaller or extend for longer. The material is very durable, and doesn't get super cold in the winter.
