Are the holes all the way around the bag or just in the front?

This bag seems tough

I bought 2 of these bags about a month ago. They are holding up well even with my boy who always acts like he's starving (all 1250 lbs of him) I do think that the holes could be a bit smaller to slow down the horses further. My big boy is borderline Equine Metabolic Syndrome so slowing him down is really an effort.
