FLIMSY
I have two 70 lb dogs and this scooper is very flimsy. The tray is not strong enough and doesn't really stay flush to the ground. It is so lightweight, it won't stand on it's own next to an outside wall. Overpriced for what you get, I think and I love Chewy. This is a fail for me.
Flimsy & Cheap
I have one of these from years ago which needed to be replaced. It is a sturdy set of rake and pan. This one that I just ordered is terrible. The rake is not so bad - but when raking poop into the pan, the pan bends. It's made of thin aluminum , where the previous one is a much thicker metal. I would not recommend it at all!
Disappointed
I have used this twice and the metal on the pan is so thin and weak that it has already bent and pulled away from the rivets that hold it together in the back. I doubt I will get many more uses from it. The rake is fine.
Picking up poop like a champ
I’m a champion poop picker-upper with this thing - I mean I’m a total boss in that I have 3 dogs and a clean yard because this thing collects and holds well!
Poor quality
Don't buy, poor quality. Flimsiest metal scooper ever. Barely pick anything up and it bends downward. Worthless....
Poor craftsmanship
Used it only a few times and the pressed connections from the handle to the tray came apart. Really disappointing. Aluminum is too thin, and the type of connection is prone to coming apart. Do not buy.
NOT WORTH IT
It's unfortunate that this is made in China. I would pay a little more for made in USA, because the quality is better. The rivets on the pan break after awhile, making this useless. I would NOT recommend this product.
Poor quality
Had very similar item from 15 years ago that recently broke down. Used it very often with my 2 large dogs. Bought this in June. Usually use poop bags to pick up after my 30 lb girl, so did not actually use this often. The pan broke off. Seriously. Rake is still usable, but when would you use it without the pan? Too bad you cannot just purchase the pan, from a different manufacturer, obviously.
I don't have to bend down!
Great service and product. I don't have to bend down to use the WeeWee rake, spade and pan set.
Poor quality
This was a total waste of money. Very cheaply made and it bent the second time I used it. Hoping I'm able to get a refund.
