I recently adopted an 8 year old cat who has a chicken protein allergy and her previous diet was Royal Canin prescription food at $75 for about 7lbs. When I took her to my own vet to get refills they said it really wasn’t necessary based on her health and that I could pick up something OTC that was chicken-free. The RC food had chicken fat as the 3rd ingredient, so I didn’t mind it being the 7th ingredient here and I ordered it to try. The second I put this food down both my cats ate it up. They seem to really love it and it doesn’t seem to bother my sensitive cat at all. Very glad we found this cheaper option!
I have 3 cats and none of them will even touch this stuff. It smells strongly like fish food so I can't blame them. I mixed in their previous food with it to try to encourage them to try it to no avail. An unfortunate waste of money.
I love the ingredients and the company but I cannot get a single cat to eat this food! I have three cats myself and none of them would eat it. I tried giving it to several family members (who probably have at least 10 cats between them) and not one would eat it either. A bit of a bummer.
My girl has never been a pickey eater. I change her food flavor and brand pretty regularly. She won't touch this stuff, she would rather not eat than eat it. This bag has become dog meal toppers.
My cat is not picky with dry food this expensive. This is the first time he has not eaten dry food this costly.
Cat likes the taste (and she's fussy) not sure if it will help with your persistent UTI's yet.
VMy senior cat was not eating like she used to. I changed her food to this brand and she LOVES it!
13 Kitties, no one really like it. I took it to work and even the feral cats are not fond of it. Racoon will eat anything. But my kitties - nope. ):
Wellness makes quality products and I was happy to find one they enjoy. They did not like the grain free line
My vet recommended kidney support food though my cat doesn’t like it. Then I mixed with this food, he started eating both! So since few months he eats both food and I am happy for it. It is a little heavy food , high calorie for seniors I guess.
