I can’t begin to express my deep disappointment in the quality of dog food I’ve been receiving from Wellness Core 95% Turkey with Spinach. Since the end of April, I’ve purchased 17 cases of this dog food and every time I open a can it’s hit or miss on the quality of dog food I receive. Back in April it wasn’t as bad but over the last several of weeks it’s gotten worse and worse. The color of the dog food is different and the cans are full of small pieces of bones. Most of the time I’m forced to pick out the bones or throw the dog food away. Wellness Core is a very expensive dog food and is purchased because I have two dogs with Irritable Bowel Disease which means GI issues can appear without warning; however, feeding them a food with large pieces of bone is a recipe for disaster and can result in sleepless nights and large vet bills. I will be looking for another dog food.
As he has gotten older my poochon (poodle-bichon mix) has become a picky eater. I tried numerous canned dog food and he rejected quite a few. However, he liked several of the Wellness Core ones. Having used Wellness products before, I was confident he would be getting the nutrition he needed with this food. Problem solved!
My senior boy Jethro loves this food. It smells good and he has very few teeth so he can eat it with ease.
I just rescue two senior Yorkies, no teeth and they just loved it!.
This stuff gave all three of my golden retrievers diarrhea.
I love this Food been getting it for years haven’t had a problem until now I just want to let people know to be careful when using this batch of poor dog food found bugs in it today Siri what’s able to take care of it for me right away awesome customer service just people please be careful
Our old girl didn't want to eat a wet food that had the chicken in chunk form. I only put it on top of the dry, but she was picking the other food out and leaving s big mess on the floor. So this is a pate, nice and smooth. She gives it 2 paws up!
I did a ton of research and from everything that I have found, Wellness Core is one of the superior dog foods on the market. Our little girl, a lab/pittie/hound mix LOVES their wet food. I currently am doing an elimination diet to figure out if she is allergic to chicken and I was so glad to find this as a chicken-free option. The wet food is almost too good. She hovers it up and then begs for more.
My two Shelties really enjoyed this new flavored Turkey dinner. I read that a little spinach is really good for doggies, so I tried this one. They quickly cleaned their bowls up! Taste tested yummy and good for them, too. I use it as a topper on their dry food.
I was cooking Turkey with a dry food component. I was never sure if he was getting the right nutrition. I feel confident that this food is good for him and enough.
