Favorite for picky dachshund
By Jivenjune on Aug 25, 2019
My dachshund loves this food. I had to switch him off it because I'm trying to get him to lose weight, but he really enjoyed this kibble more than any other food by this brand and a lot of others. The protein levels are also excellent for a lamb based diet. It also didn't contain soy, potatoes, sweet potatoes and rice, all of which my dog is allergic to

Great Food - Small Ingredient List
By Amanda on Apr 17, 2019
I switched my Old English Sheepdog over to Wellness after a lot of research on different brands/ingredients. What impressed me the most about the Wellness Core Six line is the limited ingredients and the balanced nutrition in terms of protein/fat/carbs. My sheepdog has a fairly sensitive skin/stomach so I try and limit the ingredients she is exposed to. Switching foods had me nervous, but we are completely transitioned and almost through our first bag and not only does she love the food but her skin/coat/tummy are doing great. She also seems to have more energy. Highly recommend the entire core line, but if your pup is sensitive the limited ingredients in Core 6 is the way to go!

bad for my dog
By Alex on Apr 24, 2019
I purchased this one for my dog because of its limited ingredients, but I do regret it. Ever since I switched him to this kibble he’s had very, very loose stool. I transitioned him slowly so he can adjust, and still 3-4 weeks after transitioning it has been the same. I know wellness is a good brand, but this one was just flat out terrible for my dog!
