Great Food
There are not many options out there besides prescription food for cats with Kidney Disease but this food AND ONLY THIS ONE is one of the few good quality non-prescription foods cats with this disease can have. It is low in phosphorus. My girl purred the entire time she ate it. She loved the taste. I liked that it has no by-products, real meat and veggies, and lots of minerals.

Wellness chicken shreds
It’s very good but my kitties eat similar shredded chicken sooooo they like it but we’re not impressed.
Wellness Shreds Chicken Turkey pouches
All of my cats love Wellness shreds in pouches. I keep scissors handy to open, no issues. Just use a big spoon to scoop it all out. I wish they had a higher caloric value though and offered in larger size. Wellness canned shred varieties are NOT the same! Cats don't care for them.
Great for my diabetic cat
We tried this for our cat who has diabetes, he's also 14 years old with no teeth. I scoop the food out of the pouch and cut the shreds up. He gets half a pouch at breakfast and dinner. He loves the food. We have noticed his bm's becoming more "solid". He also doesn't seem to want to push up mealtime like he used to. It is a little pricey, but well worth it! It saves money to purchase by the case on Chewy.
Decent Food Terrible Pouches
Three of my four cats like both flavors of this food so it's a win for now anyway. They are cats and cat owners know what they love today they turn their finicky little noses up at the next day....sigh. The food itself seems decent and I found chopping it up works better where it's small pieces mixed in with the liquid instead of those long ones. I would have given it five stars but the pouches are a nuisance. Definitely use scissors to open because ripping it open will get liquid all over. So for right now I'll buy it along with my other wet food.
The only healthy food my hedgehog will eat
I have tried many products to get my hh to eat something healthy. She usually just wants a certain brand of dry cat food, which has too much fat and contributed to her late roommate's obesity. She's at a healthy weight and she loves this stuff. <3
Not even a stray wants it.
My cat eats this brand of food, but will not touch this stuff! The real kicker is, not even a starving stray cat I just started feeding will eat it!
My finicky cats love this!
I finally found something both of my cats love. One pouch is the perfect amount for 2 cats or for 2 feedings for one cat.
Unhealthy AND gross
Our 4 cats generally like pate but I thought I'd try and see if they like shreds. These aren't my idea of shreds, they are BIG bits. Rather like chopped up fettucine made out of Spam. I imagine most cats would lick the sauce off and leave the chunks. I can get my gang to eat some of it if I mash the Spam stuff up into a coarse paste but I am none too keen to pressure them into eating it because it is pretty high in salt. We'll slowly use it up but won't buy again.
