The Wellness Minced Tuna Dinner is loved by all my kitties...young and senior..I use only grain-free cat food because we came to the realization that our 1 year old Ginger cat Chester, was allergic to the grain food. They just love this flavor..and it agrees with them.:-)

high hopes

I am trying to wean my 3 cats off of a very popular catfood brand (can I say FF?). I did research & decided to try the wellness brand. Usually tuna is their fav flavor but I am having a hard time getting them to eat this. I have also tried 3 other minced flavors & 1 gravy (again, Tuna)They will eat the wellness ....but not with much enthusiasm. It does not SMELL & they are not enticed by it. I have had to cut back on open feeding of dry food because they will eat that instead of the moist & that's NOT my goal.(they will NOT eat the Wellness dry food--in a mix of 4 flavors, they leave the Wellness bits behind & eat all the rest) So far, this is not working out as I had hoped. I know the Wellness is a better food but makes no diff if the cats won;t eat it. Any way to add alluring "stink" to a cat food?? … more
