Was there a formula change for this food? My cat was loving the canned morsels until recently. She had transitioned successfully from a different brand with no problem but after my most recent purchase in September she began vomiting almost immediately after eating. A visit to the vet ruled out any illness or physical problem. After switching back to her previous food there has been no problem.
My Cat is Willing to Eat This
We have one cat who prefers only the Wellness chicken pate and another who will only eat morsels. We've tried other flavors and textures. He won't eat the minced or pate, only morsels. I am just happy that he likes something.
Wellness morsels in gravy BYE
Our cats used to love Wellness chicken morsels and the turkey morsels in gravy but are, since a few months ago, rejecting it, going hungry until I dump it and replace with Blue Wilderness things. We are done with this brand.
Something Changed
My cat is like a Hoover vacuum and will consume almost anything set in front of him within minutes. We feed him the 5.5 oz cans of Wellness Morsels, chicken flavor and he can't get enough of the stuff, that is, up until this latest case. Now we set it down in front of him and he just looks up at us with his hungry kitty eyes, as if to say, this is not what I ordered. He will slowly pick at it for awhile because he's hungry and he has to. But it's very clear he is not enjoying himself. I had a can of his food from a previous case in my cupboard and fed it to him this morning and he eagerly stuffed his face until it was gone. This tells me it's not the kitty that has changed, it's the food. Kitty gives the new taste 0 out of 5 stars and he does not recommend. I'm left wondering what the new cans contain that is so off putting that even a kitty garage disposal like mine won't touch it.

Where's the Chicken
This is my cat's favorite wet food. It has been hard to find any replacement that is not left half consumed. Unfortunately it has been left out of stock for several months and no one can tell me why.
Cat LOVES it!
My 20 year old cat went through a spell where she wouldn't eat anything. She just walked away from all of the various cat foods we tried to feed her. We finally gave her cooked chicken in an effort to get her to eat. She ate that and then we gave her the Wellness chicken morsels in gravy and she licked the bowl clean! She's been eating it ever since. I will note that the first case had more gravy in the cans than the second case.

My cat loves this food. The problem is that of the order for 24 cans, half had a dent in the bottom and had to be discarded. I was compensated by Chewy. All of the dents were in the exact same place on each can, which to me indicates a problem with the canning machine used by the company Wellness hires.
