I will no longer give my cat Wellness Gravies wet food. I don’t know what happened to the Tuna in Gravy formula but it smells horrible and my cat won’t eat it anymore. She continued to eat the Salmon in Gravy though. Unfortunately, I purchased a case of the salmon a few days ago and she refuses to eat it. I don’t blame her as it’s the same problem, smells horrible and consistency changed. I don’t know if it’s spoiled or a formula change. Either way she refuses to eat it. I switched the Tuna to Purina ONE True Instinct Tuna Recipe in Sauce and she absolutely loves it. (She eats both wet and dry food so I’m ok with it being the True Instinct line). I would not recommend Wellness Gravies.
I have found that it takes Tarzan to open these cans. I never have any trouble with the small cans, but these 5.5 oz. cans are so difficult. Even using the spoon in the tab doesn’t work for me. I am up in age , but so are a lot of other cat lovers. Why can’t they use the same metal as the small cans?
My cat loves this wet food! She’s a big seafood girly (will only eat salmon and tuna flavors, refuses to eat turkey or chicken) and can’t get enough of the wet food when I feed her tuna or salmon.
I love how Chewy asks me what I think of this product, my house is ruled by my two muchkins so what is "good" is determined by them. They like another fish flavor from Wellness so we decided to try this one, and was also a hit with them. I ad a bit of warm water to it and they enjoy. It's packed with food and very little runny gravy but add a little water if your furry munchkin likes it gravy-like.
My cats love to eat, but they avoided this one. Not sure why...other Wellness flavors are okay. The rest of this flat is getting donated!
The formula on the cans I received is not the same as the listing formula at the time of purchase and this review. The formula on the cans also does not match the formula that is currently on the Wellness website. The formula for the cans I received begins with fish broth, chicken broth, chicken, tuna, and dried ground peas. This is also the only Wellness flavor I've received so far that comes in a yellow box and has greyish can lids. All of my cats refuse to eat this formula, even though they eat other Wellness flavors (purple box and golden can lids). I don't recommend this tuna flavor.
I was surprised to see pieces of black fish skin in this, this is a premium food, which i bought on sale. I would not order again.
My cats really enjoy this food. I particularly like the texture and the gravy is just right.
Extremely deceptive product. This is not a tuna dinner it's a chicken dinner with some salmon flavor added on to it. The first 3 ingredients of a product make up the largest part of the product and that's not what's advertised on this website. The actual label lists the first 3 ingredients to be fish broth, chicken broth and chicken
My sweet Sadiee is very picky but she loves this food, thank you!
