Transition Instructions

The best way to transition onto a new food is to gradually introduce the food by mixing it with the old diet. Mixing the food will allow the dog to acclimate to the new taste and not overindulge on the new food.

    Delicious, I think..,

By barb on Aug 10, 2019

My dogs love this. I add a little to their kibble and they eat every drop. I have three little ones and one pack is enough for all three.

    Great food for picky eaters

By Roxy on Jan 3, 2019

My dog is a very picky eater and has a sensitive stomach she loves this food. I have tried almost all the small 3oz foods and by far she likes this the best. The pouch is hard to open but a knife is an easy fix.

    Pup loves this food

By Regi on Oct 3, 2018

I adopted a small dog (maltese poodle mix) from the local rescue shelter and he was not eating very well. so after a few weeks began switching the food to a combination of Merrick small breed dry food and this Wellness wet. Peppy immediately loved this food. Another reviewer mentioned a strong smell that was not pleasant, but I do not notice that and my Peppy loves it. Also, it's grain free and I like that for dogs with sensitive coats.

    Ewwww not good

By Lisa on Aug 16, 2018

I wanted to give my dogs a change and heard Wellness is a good brand try. When I opened the pouch the smell was awful. Now I know dog food doesnt smell yummy. But....this is vile. The consistency is more like a gel with meat in it. Looks , smells disgusting. I didn't even feed it to them. I plan to donate the entire case. Very disappointing.

Our Maltese loves this, gobbled it right down. He’s had a poor appetite since his companion Jack Russel passed away. Very grateful this was rec’d so we’ll.

    Finicky Chihuahua

By DogMom on Oct 15, 2017

I've finally found a brand, flavor and consistency that my finicky Chihuahua will eat. My veterinarian was very concerned about him being underweight (2.7lbs). He will seriously starve himself, I've even went as far as cooking a everyday. I've tried every top of the line brand you can name, we are successfully eating 2-3 containers a day now compared to eating less than 4 tablespoons every other day. My 9 year old Chihuahua is a food snob!!
