Good choice for dogs who have allergies. Simple Ingredients just as described. Hard to find food that is limited to what is put in. Always read entire ingredient list.

Bag Size of Wellness simple

I am very happy that Chewy carries Wellness Simple as I have a dog that is allergic to all your normal meats(beef fish chicken turkey). The problem I have is the bag size, you only sell the large bags (24lbs) and I only have a 12lb dog. I end up repackaging about 1/2 to stay fresh. I know you have the freshness guarantee but I don’t feel it fair to you to send it back because Carmen can’t eat it fast enough. It would be nice if you carried the 12-15 lb bag. Chewy as a Company I think is great. Thanks

Wellness Simple Duck

I bought this because it is highly rated and my dogs have problems with itching. I have tried other food and thought this might help but neither of them will eat it.

Great Food, price outrageous now!

My dog has allergies to many foods, I finally found this one that he was doing great with, but unfortunately the price increased so much, that I had to shop around again! Great food if you can afford to pay the $15.00 price hike for the same exact amount!

Limited diet

My dog has serious gastric issues and duck seems to have solved some of those issues. The oat meal is easy for him to digest.

Unfortunately not palatable

So great limited ingredients but unfortunately she won’t eat it without a top dressing like yogurt. It’s a very very dry kibble and I’m not sure if that’s the issue. I won’t buy it again.

Nothing better for allergies!

My dog has horrible allergies, hot spots and ear infections. For years he was on Natural Balance Duck and at least in the winter he did not itch, but not this past winter. My dogs allergies got worse and worse and the skin infections are out of control. I switched to this food and in less than a week NO MORE ITCHING. To be honest, the itching was driving me nuts too. Thank goodness for Wellness! I have my other two on Wellness Complete Chicken and Oatmeal because they have sensitive digestive systems. Love Wellness!!

Never consistent batches

Transitioned my sensitive stomach dog to this formula (after being prescribed expensive Purina food *heavy sigh) and in the 1 year we have gotten at least 3 bags that’s smelled GROSS. My dog literally went on hunger strikes and lost weight. He ate other foods no problem but for some reason the “inconsistent” bags always put him off. We’re finally stopping this food and going to try out the Merrick & Canidae (and hopefully) find a winner. Very sad that it’s come to this :(
