I bought this food when my two greyhounds were having some GI upset. They tolerated this food, especially when moistened with warm water and almond milk. I would buy this food again, but it would not be a regular use food because it does not have glucosamine included in the nutrients. Not sure the issue really, have always fed my dog Wellness and had no issues but he’s getting older and started getting some coat issues so I decided to try the limited ingredient variety and he wouldn’t touch it. He’s not usually picky unless it’s salmon flavor, this was turkey, pretty strange.

Wellness Simple Turkey&Potato is a great food, large kibble, great for dogs with food allergies. I switched our rednose pitbull Libby from Earthborn Holistic since they changed the formula & Libby had problems, red mouth, paws & licking, NOW NOTHING, she still has seasonal allergies but not food. THANK YOU Chewy for carrying this food since stores here don't. I can ALWAYS depend on Chewy, you guys are the best. Libby sends 2 paws up to you. Ann & Libby

I like the fact that there are minimal ingredients - I try my best to limit non-food stuff in their diet

Overall great food

Our dog seemed to be getting worse and worse with her food allergies but with this food, she itches and licks so much less. We are going to keep up with it, hopefully the itching goes away completely! It also doesn't have a strong smell which is great!

Wellness Simple- My 2 dogs love it!
By Joan on Aug 7, 2020
I have a senior chocolate lab dog and younger French bull dog. Both love the food and line up to eat. My lab seems to have more energy too. Easy and simple seems best as they have allergies I need to be careful to get them food that doesn’t have a lot of extras. My older dog gets ear infections a lot and this food seems to work well so he doesn’t get them.

I have a dog that has had allergies to everything. Thought I would try this food and she seems to like it and it’s a little early to tell but I think she is having some relief.
