My cat likes this treat. I tried feeding him pumpkin before (the human kind from the can) and he would not eat it so I was worried he wouldn't like this one. But he's a fan of the Weruva pumpkin. My cat loves it so much he'll eat it plain without any cat food AND he'll even lick the spoon I use to dish it out to him. Since this is for cats and dogs I got the smaller size but it goes fast.
The best to introduce pumpkin
on Oct 3, 2019
This stuff might be expensive considering it is pumpkin, and getting it out of the pouch is a nuisance but it’s a great way to introduce your pets to pumpkin. The benefits of pumpkin are extraordinary. Whether your pet has excess stomach acid, diarrhea, constipation, or you’re trying to switch foods this is definitely the way to go. Later on you can always switch to a can of plain pumpkin but this is a great way to introduce the taste.

My dog has a super sensitive stomach. If he has too many treats his stomach gets upset. The animal rescue center where I adopted my cats from recommended this product and it has worked phenomenally. Samson (my dog) loves this stuff.
LOVE at first sight

Both kitties LOVE this pumpkin patch up! and it's so good for them too! I see Chewy is out of stock - must be good! I give both cats 1/2 teaspoon every morning with their wet breakfast and it's lapped it quickly!

I was hesitant at first since my picky eater cat doesn’t like treats. But when I was transitioning him to a new food I used this to help with any GI upset. He had some GI upset prior to switching & this helped. He didn’t need much & he absolutely loves it.
When he hears the package open he comes flying into the kitchen & inhales it!
last try of pumpkin anything for diarrhea

I just don’t understand how out of eight cats, not one will eat this stuff, even mixed in with favorite food. All the articles say feed your cat pumpkin for diarrhea but how do you get them to eat it? I’m not trying anymore pumpkin anything!
Her favorite treat!

My three year old cat Zula LOVES these. We tried this first when she was younger before we knew she had a grain allergy and since then she wants some every single day. I think partly because it helps her digestion and partly because she’s obsessed with pumpkin now.
a must for every dog and cat owner

I keep this product on hand for occasional stomach/diarrhea upsets of unknown origin. Even when a stool is just too soft for some reason, I mix a packet in the wet food and problem solved. Not a cure for a real illness, mind you.
A Cat Saver!

My poor Gus was having issues with soft stool that wasn't emptying his anal sack so it was getting infected. I would have to take him to the vet to drain and I don't think anyone was a fan of that experience. I started adding this to both of my cats breakfast and everything is happening as it should now. Such a relief!
I think it’s working!

Well, we tried it as a treat, all glammed up like I usually give them tuna juice - and all three cats just sniffed and blinked at me. However, I started mixing in a small amount at breakfast and dinner, (about a teaspoon each) and not only did they eat it, the more finicky feline ate more of her less favorite flavors! Now, there have been a few fur balls, but it IS shedding season, and I believe they are not happening as frequently as they do this time of the year. Another added benefit is I think it has aided the digestion of my diabetic baby -she had been getting a tad “windy” this past year... and I haven’t had a stinky cuddle in over a week ;). The packaging is just right. One packet serves my three cats, twice a day for 5-6 days. I keep the unused portion in the fridge closed with a kitchen clip. The price was so reasonable, I’m giving one test packet to another cat lover to see if her cats take to it as well. So glad I saw the post on social media about this product... And so glad Chewy carries the exact trusted brand mentioned in the article!… more
