Description

Būmi adds a fun twist to fetch and tug-o-war with an innovative “S” shape that flexes out to twice its length. In addition to helping dogs get a great work out, the floatable active toy exercises dogs’ sense of fun — making it a great companion for any trip to the yard, park or water. Būmi's design makes the toy fly far and is easy for dogs to carry in their mouths.

Būmi is available in two sizes and bright colors for easy spotting in water, grass or snow.

Key Benefits

  • Būmi play toy is built for tug-o-war standoffs and far-flung fetch sessions, flexes to 2x its length and comes in an easy to grab "S" shape
  • Zogoflex® is an exclusive material that makes fetch, tug-o-war, and chew therapy more fun — it’s easy on doggie mouths, stretches (without stretching out) and sports an unstoppable bounce — all while staying tenaciously tough. For dogs who love to swim (or just need a distraction in the bathtub), Zogoflex stays afloat.
  • 100% recyclable, BPA-and-phthalate-free, non-toxic, and FDA-compliant
  • It’s easy to sanitize Zogoflex toys at home — just pop it on the top shelf of your dishwasher.
  • Made in Montana from US-sourced materials

  • Pretty good toy, maybe not for the most aggressive chewers

    By on

This toy is strong enough for my large dogs to play tug with pretty enthusiastically. However, my dogs have figured out that they can chew the rounded ends of the "S" shape off. It does take a little bit of effort on their part but just know that it doesn't hold up to the chewing as well as some of the other West Paw products. I would still recommend this toy but just know it might not last as long. Oh well...at least it's recyclable ;)

  • Disappointing

    By on

I wanted to love this toy! As soon as it got delivered I couldn't wait to open it and play with it. It didn't even last 5 min. Maybe it was a defective one, but after two strong tugs from my 10 month old lab it was already starting to break. Not worth $17. Very disappointed :( he loves it, but he will eat any pieces he can break off so I had to take it away.

  • Great toy - best 'tug of war' toy ever

    By on

It took a few days before our dog paid any attention to it...but now he loves it! Great toy for "tug of war"! Not bite marks after weeks of heavy playing/biting. (of course its NOT a chew toy - he knows it). Good for playing fetch too. Best of all - non-toxic material. We won't buy the toxic cheap stuff again - less is more - and this toy is worth it's money.

Looks stupid, but works brilliantly. My Shepherd's LOVE it. Works anywhere, even floats. VERY tough................AMAZINGLY strong compared to most brands of toy's. I will order another when they destroy it..............has been played with by 2 large GSD's.thrown, tug o war, you name it............still NOT its 1st weakness. HIGHLY recommended !

  • Laura loves her toy

    By on

My pit loves this toy. It is durable and flexible. Initially I thought it wasnt good for tug a war but my pup soon learned how to grip the middle for more stability. She loves learning and beating challenges so this toy is great for that. I hook the end around poles so she can figure out how to unhook it.

  • Our 3 dobermans love them!

    By on

We got one the first time incase our dogs didnt like it. They all loved it, so we had to purchase 2 additional Bumis. They play with their Bumis everyday, multiple times a day. They chew them and tug on them and the toys have held up. Really happy with this toy!

  • crazy s-shaped thingy toy

My dogs love this- it is very durable. They can chew it & tug a-war with it won't break apart. A little pricy but it will last forever- i bought after my cousin had brought hers over for dogs to play with otherwise i would not have known how durable & how much they like it

Bought this for our big lab mix rescue dog. He loves it! Fun to play tug as well as fetch! VERY sturdy and tough! And our medium dog who is eleven years old now decided he likes it too so we will be purchasing another!

  • Bangarang!

My Irish Wolfound who destroys all toys has really enjoyed playing with this thing. He loves laying on his back and flopping it all around and throwing it up in the air. His choppers haven't destroyed it either!

  • ABSOLUTELY IS for Power Chewers!

    By on Top 250 Contributor

I've seen a few reviews stating these are not for power chewers and I have to believe that's far and few between, in fact I know it is...I have what the vet believes is a true Pitbull, he's still a pup and has serious jaw strength. He's chewed thru dental Nylabones, Large Extra Strength Tire toys, "bionic" rubber and chewed the handle off a Jolly Ball in record time, I've spent well over $200 in toys in the last 2 weeks alone. When your dog can rip chunks off the strongest Nylabones, you know he's determined and strong. This is the 3rd West Paw toy I've purchased and not only has he not been able to chew into them but there are barely teeth marks in any of them. He's sat and chewed on the three sided toggle toy for hours and still looks perfect. I know there are many kinds of dogs with many different chewing strengths but I can say that my dog is a very aggressive chewer and these have been the best toys thus far. … more
