Description

Keep your dog entertained and rewarded with the West Paw Qwizl Dog Toy. Featuring a clever design that keeps dogs stimulated and pleasantly puzzled, this dog toy is designed to dispense a treat to your furry friend—but he’ll have to work for it first. The center cut outs give him a whiff of the yumminess inside, so he’ll be quickly enticed to start going after the prize. Not only does this prolong the life of treats, but it also keeps him away from your shoes and furniture—a win/win all around! And when it’s empty, go ahead and use it for a good ol’ fashioned game of fetch.

Key Benefits
  • Interactive treat-dispensing and scent-releasing dog toy. Also great for fetch.
  • Holds a treat inside that your dog will have to work to get out. Extends the life of treats!
  • Mentally stimulating puzzle toy helps prolong play and distract destructive chewing.
  • Extremely durable and safe, it’s guaranteed to withstand dog damage.
  • Environmentally-friendly design is made in the USA to be recyclable and dishwasher safe.

Every dog plays differently and, since not all toys are created equal, it’s always best to keep a close watch on your pup in case things get ruff. Supervised play will help toys last longer and most importantly keep your pal safe. No dog toy is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.

Very durable! Many ways to use it.

    By on

A little pricey but well worth the money. Of all the chew toys I've tried to keep my very active dog occupied, this does the best job for the longest period of time. There is a huge variety ways creatively "fill" it. I jammed small milk bones into the ends then put one into the side slots. For her, this occupied her the longest. Would I recommend this? Why yes, yes I would!

    Destructible

    By on

I have two of these small ones, and two of the large ones. I use them to hold bully sticks so my dogs can't swallow the last 3 or 4 inches. They work well for holding the bully sticks, but I have to keep an eye that my more persistent dog doesn't pull the bully stick out. The reason for the three stars is that I've only had these toys a month and they are breaking. There are cracks on them. When pieces start to come off I'll have to throw them out, and they were expensive.

    Slows them down

    By on

This is a very durable holder for bully sticks and slows down my dog being able to consume the entire thing before I realize it; also will potentially keep them from choking on the last few inches of the stick. You have to get the right size Bully sticks so they fit in the slots, I prefer to shove it down the center hole vertically, although when the stick gets shorter the horizontal position holds it pretty well. I NEVER leave my dog unsupervised, but this keeps him more engaged and keeps the stick from rolling away under furniture.

    Durable and entertaining

This is a great toy that keeps my dog's interest for awhile which is almost impossible to do... I stuff it with long dog chews, apples, and carrots.. She has not destroyed it yet which is a miracle as she shreds every other toy quickly..

    Reggie’s fave toy!

    By on

I recently adopted my retriever mix boy. I heard he was a chewer and was suggested this toy by a woman at the rescue. It’s been his favorite toy yet! I bought chew sticks to insert into the toy but he enjoys it either way. It’s held up great so far.

    Boston Terrier Puppy approved!

    By on

Purchased for my 8 month B.T. after reading reviews here and already having a West Paw Zogoflex Jive dog ball. B.T.'s are considered "aggressive, power chewers"...which is no joke. My previous dog was a Rottweiler and this puppy has taught me a thing or two regarding toys. My main objective was to replace the Extreme Kong he loves (in which I use Stuff'N Snacks) for he's gnawed pieces off. I did it, these toys are AMAZING and it's his new favorite! SO durable, BPA free, non-toxic, dishwasher safe. I've used both small treats and long sticks. The company's site gives detailed suggestions on how/ what treats to use as well.

NOTHING has stood up as long as this toy has. Back to buy another

    By on

I have two SUPER chewers (two pitties with those jaw muscles that buldge to double the width of their head when they are really into chewing whatever it is they're into), and this toy has stood up to them longer than any other toy I've purchased for them. I mean, those black kong brand toys come apart and are broken in half within a couple months of me buying them (though I do not blame the manufacturer), but this one has lasted a year and just this past week broke in two pieces. I use it as a peanut butter dispenser every time I leave the house (it helps them associate me leaving them for the day with peanut butter and a fund, stimulating puzzle, works beautifully). It takes a little longer for them to finish licking the peanut butter out than it does for other toys, which I like (and they like). It's also easier for them to reach all of it (where they just give up with other toys that are too deep for their tongue to reach). This toy is the best for its purpose, and I am back here to buy more. Plus, the company guarantees your satisfaction, and you can go to their website to get a replacement or a refund if it doesn't stand up! … more

    Keeps my dog busy

    By on

I put about five mini milk bones in this toy and my mini poodle takes about 15 minutes to get them out. He gets the toy after a meal, so hopefully he is cleaning his teeth a little! Eventually, in about two to three months, the openings start to wear out and get larger and the treats fall out sooner.

Pricey, but holding up to heavy duty chewing. YAY!
