Super tough and dogs love it!
Our aussie who loves to play tug, loves this toy - it was instantly her new favorite. We like it because it seems like it will survive quite a while, it's flexible (which makes tug very fun), and it throws very well too making it a good fetch toy as well. We have only used it as an outside toy - not inside - so it hasn't been chewed much.
My dog's absolute favorite toy!!
My 3-4yo pittie rescue is obsessed with this thing! It is perfect for tug and great to toss!! She loves to just chew on it as well. Our pup is an extreme chewer (we usually buy the black kong's for her) and she managed to bite a small corner of this toy with lots of persistence.
NOT indestructible
The toy lasted longer than some but not as long as we had hoped. 15 minutes of play time before an end was tore off. After that it was Howie's mission to chew the toy apart - needless to say it was garbage in less than 30 minutes.
Love West Paw!
We love West Paw dog toys, especially the Zogoflex Bumi. My lab loves to play tug with his friends and keeps himself busy chewing, flipping and shaking this toy all by himself.

I’m a goldendoodle who loves tug! This toy looked promising, but when I tried to play with my humans and other pups - it wasn’t possible for any of us to get a good grip. The tug game couldn’t happen. When ever my humans try again, we encounter the same problem. The toy slips through their hands or my teeth and tug can’t work. Tug is my favorite game. I give this one star for effort.
Best toy at the dog park!
These toys are tough! I can't understand any review that says this doesn't hold up. I have seen 4 different size dogs (15lb, 40lb, 80lb, 100lb) tugging on this at the SAME TIME at the dog park and not a mark! Even 100 lb Frank doesn't leave a mark on this toy after constant chewing. We have 3 different West Paw toys and all are terrific! Highly recommend!
Totally worth it!
I was a little hesitant to buy this as it is a bit more than many other puppy to and we bought this before we even had our puppy at home. However, this is amazing, he loves to fetch it and tug it and also just chew on it. I imagine a wide range of dogs would play with it and play in many different ways. This toy is so versatile I suspect many dogs will love it. The size is also perfect, so many of the initial toys I got for my puppy he has already started to outgrow but this one he figured out right away how to run around with it sideways in his mouth so it didn't drag on the ground when he was less than 10lbs but my 25lb fully grown cocker spaniel also plays with this. I do wish I had bought a color other than green as he lives to play with it outside and I wish it stuck it in the grass slightly more. The company also had wonderful recycling policies so I know this toy will never have to go in the trash.
10 lb. Puppy Ripped it in 10 Minutes
I bought this brand of toys after doing some pretty extensive research for “chewers”, and our little corgi puppy had it bitten apart within 10 minutes. Do NOT buy this thing. :(
Great for active pups
Great for my 7 month old Tamaskan, who is a heavy chewer and usually destroys toys. This has been durable enough to withstand moderate chewing (we take it away when not actively playing with her) and we love that it floats! Is her new favorite pool fetch toy.
