This is a variety pack with 3 fun shapes. The Brushzees contains approximately 45 calories per chew, the Stix contains approximately 44 calories per chew, and the Alligator contains approximately 88 calories per chew.
Do the treats come packaged in just the box or is there a plastic bag you need to open inside?

The vet marvels at my dog's teeth

Several years ago my dog's annual checkup yielded a stern warning to brush his teeth because plaque and tartar were building up. I made several attempts but my dog refused having his teeth brushed in no uncertain terms. I turned to whimzees instead. After a year of daily chews, the next vet appointment said his teeth were excellent. Now, many years later, the vet said that my 10 year old dog has the teeth of a one year old puppy! And they must taste pretty good too, because even after all these years he still makes sure I don't forget his daily treat.

Sparkling white

These Whimzees are a super treat for my dogs. They each have one daily in the am. Our dogs are 18 & 21 lbs making the small size perfect for them. I've been giving one per day to them for 4 years. The 4 1/2 year old has NO tater/stains on his teeth. The 8 yr old does have some minor staining on the back teeth since I didn't start her on these until she was 4. The box of 89 is the best buy. Our dogs get so excited when it's treat time. Just be sure to purchase size appropriate. To small could cause a choke.

Fix for hard Whimzees

I see a lot of people commenting on these getting hard or coming to them hard or stale. I think it’s a packaging issue when they put them in the box the cardboard absorbs any moisture. I repacked mine in a Ziploc bag and added a moist paper towel for a few days. They come out flex and perfect for my dog who loves them and gets one daily. Although she’s almost 50 pounds I give her the small ones because of the cost and they have kept her teeth sparkling since her last cleaning.

Undigestible Plastic

It was exciting to see the pup clean his teeth by chewing on the whimzees for a while. However, he started throwing up in the mornings and there was a plastic-like mass that I could not identify. I made the connection when from the color of the red/orange brushzees. Time to look for something else. Shih Tzu, 12 years old.

Whimzees is the best for dogs teeth!!

My dogs just love them!! My daughter bought them for my dogs for Christmas, after a month on them I looked at their teeth and noticed how white they were. My vet was amazed! I have gotten about 8 boxes since then. Even my 14 year old beagle teeth look so much better!! The person that said they are stale, did she eat one? She does know they are for dogs, not humans, right?

Good deal but often stale

My dog loves Whimzees - it's the highlight of her day. I've ordered this value box a few times and about 50% of the time, the treats are stale. Likely because it's not in an airtight container. But Chewy is always very helpful and sends a new box from a different lot. When I get them, I transfer to a ziplock or an older Whimzee container that can seal better.

They obviously taste good to our dogs but they go through them like a stuffed dog toy. They need to be made tougher.

Dental chew

I'm very sorry to have to say that my dog would just no chew on these. She chewed the first one but after that no way. Now I have a whole box of them and she just turns up her nose at them. I'll have to get something different for her teeth.

I can eat these!

I have IBD and have to eat a special prescription diet. I am able to eat Whimzees without incident so I get one once a week! Thank you for making something I can eat!

My pups LOVE these!

I bought the box of small 89-count because of the value. I'm very pleased with Whimsies because they are made with minimal ingredients (compared to other brands that have a long list of unpronounceable and suspicious ingredients). My mini Aussies absolutely love these. They actually come barking at 10:00 AM every morning in anticipation of getting their Whimzee Alligator, bone, or stick. Once I offer it they snatch it from my hand and run off to the living room to enjoy chewing on their treat. I think I'll get the smaller packages from now on because they are sealed. I hope the manufacturer packages the value-pack-box of Whimzees in an airtight bag in the future instead of being loose and subject to the air.
