    A note from Kinze: Finally!! A engineering team that knew what my master mom wanted! I'm very fortunate, I get to run around on several acres and sometimes I play hide and seek and see if master mom can find me. Now she wins all the time! I love pleaseing her! Sincerely, Kinze. A note from mom: I have to agree with Kinze. This is by far the best tracker on the market. It tracks where I can find Kinze in seconds! The battery life is great! The locations finder is great! The tracker notifies me when the battery needs charging and when it is charged, which only takes a couple of hours. It's light weight and easy on and off! I am very pleased! Thank you Whistle three. And thank you Chewy for promoting a product that your customers would be pleased with. Now as great as it is, can you put a recorder on the device so I can record a short messsge like, "go home, Kinze"? I then can push a button on my phone and it replays. Just wondering... … more

    The worst experience of my life

    I ordered two trackers about a year and a half ago. One worked fine and the other didn't work, sent it back, it didn't work, sent it back, it didn't work. I did this 8 times. Every time a different issue. Customer service continues to tell me it is because there is not service in my area, but there is I ordered two trackers about a year and a half ago. Customer service continues to tell me it is because there is not service in my area, but there is. First tell me they use at and t towers then Verizon (I have Verizon and there is really good coverage in my area). Meanwhile I have one tracker that works, so there must be coverage right? I ask for a refund because they sold me a product that they claim can literally not work for me or they can just not supply me with a fictional device and they refuse. Do not waste your time! … more

  • No signal to tracker.

    The tracker does not receive the gps signal in my area. My dog took off 35 min ago and I still have no idea where she is. I have no doubt this device works as it should, just no signal in my area. Advertised as largest cellular network but I'm not sure about that. Will return for a refund.

    I just bought the whistle 3 for my dog, and I am so disappointing with the quality. When I took it out of the box it has noticeable damages on both sides. It almost looked like a refurbished device. I expected better quality for the price.
