    Great Product, No Issues

    We read a lot of reviews that scared us about connectivity and battery life. So far, neither have been a huge issue. Connected to our WiFi right away and only occasional issues on cellular. The battery has lasted a solid week between charges. Oliver is a "neighborhood" lab and likes to go visit his friends We read a lot of reviews that scared us about connectivity and battery life. Oliver is a "neighborhood" lab and likes to go visit his friends and we have just used this to keep tabs on him. But if we ever needed to use it to really find him, I feel like it will serve that need. Also fun to know how many miles he travels in a day! and can confirm it is waterproof! … more

    I have 2 of these for 2 of my 4 dogs. The product is 100% useless and gives off false alarms regularly. I can be at work and rest assured 1 of 2 dogs is .9 miles away on a highway. So its a boy that cries wolf product. Customer service is nice but does not resolve the issues. I can have 1 dog laying I have 2 of these for 2 of my 4 dogs.
