Okay now I was so happy about how much it tracked like if she drank enough water, or if she was scratching too much, also of course where she was at and that was so helpful especially with her being an escape artists..... now my issue with the app would be she could be laying right in front of me and Okay now I was so happy about how much it tracked like if she drank enough water, or if she was scratching too much, also of course where she was at and that was so helpful especially with her being an escape artists..... now my issue with the app would be she could be laying right in front of me and then all sudden I’ll get a text telling me she was two blocks down which was completely incorrect. Now second issue with GPS first time I charged it the battery life lasted for three weeks, second time I charged it the battery life lasted 2 weeks, and then the third time I charged it lasted 3 days!!! What I did notice is if my dog gps was connected to WiFi the battery life would last longer which I feel it is ridiculous because say she got out and she was missing for a couple of days after a few days the tracker would be dead. Now for the last week that I used the tracker my dog was at training camp and because she was in area where AT&T service isn’t the best it tracked nothing for me so if she got out during training I wouldn’t of know. I like the product for all it tracks but it wasn’t very beneficial for me and especially for the price it was for and for the 2 year warranty I paid on it lucky they gave me a refund. … more

This is a amazing tracker! I love all the health benefits it shows too. It gives me peace of mind knowing my pup is safe at home and also helps me know if his scratching is elevated! What a pleasant surprise! Also who knew my pup sleeps sooo much!!!#chewyteamrated

Go Fi instead
By Jordan on Jan 18, 2021
Their customer service will take forever to reach back to you I lost a month of my trial due to them being slow. I have an active dog and it only stays charged for 3 days. The product also broke and couldn’t connect to the collar in the first month of my trial. Overall health features are nice on it but the gps can lag and give false reads. It’s just average hoping there are better collars and I’m trying the fi one right now because it has better battery and is has more reliable with the signal.

Go whistle

Absolutely worth the piece of mind. It does require a monthly/ yearly fee but it tracks spot-on and the little health and activity features are helpful. It might be bulky for really small dogs.

Great for health...miss on GPS
By Dallas on Jan 9, 2021
I had originally wanted to purchase this when I first brought my Golden Retriever home, but seeing as how the age needed for a baseline is 1 year, I waited. The health tracking aspect is absolutely wonderful. I love that it gives me progress on our daily activity goal, really gives you motivation to get out and play those extra few minutes. I love that it gives you baselines for their drinking, licking, sleeping, and scratching habits; this was a feature I didn't know about until after I purchased. It does take about a week to establish your dogs baseline activity and gets more precise the longer they wear it. Now, here's the flaw. It's advertised as a GPS tracker, but the GPS only really works when you're on WIFI. I took my dog to the park and while at no point did it alert she was far away from me as a "breach", when my husband and I later looked at map it had said she had been in a neighborhood nearly 1 mile from where we had actually been. It's not like we were in the middle of nowhere either, we should have had pretty accurate data for being in Arlington. We love to camp and hike, so the GPS feature was the primary factor in my purchase and the fact that it isn't reliable off a WIFI network despite purchasing the $90 AT&T plan is disappointing. As far as purchasing the product from chewy, that's the only reason it's getting 4 stars instead of 3. It shipped and delivered quickly and was packaged just as it would have been from the actual website. … more

Good but only last about 10 days.
By Celia on Jan 4, 2021
This product is amazing but only lasts about 10 days. It also only counts where we are when going on a walk every 10 minutes so does not collect right.

Used one day so far....
By Farmmom on Jan 1, 2021
I’ve had this on our 6 pound Maltese mix for 24 hours now. I will say it’s a little big for him and we’ve had 3 false escape reports so far. The pluses I like so far is that it barely has used any battery life, the app is super simple to use and set up preferences, and I like the light on the tracker. I will keep giving this a try for a few more days and see how many more false reports come in. He’s hooked to our wifi and it will still send me a notification that he’s 0.3 miles away from home when he’s sleeping on the couch. If we still have issues I will return it.
