We were trying to find a good quality dry dog food from reputable company that wasn’t incredibly expensive and over priced. We’d heard about Whole Earth Farms and as it turns out they are part of the Merrick family. Our Golden Doodles love it and we plan on buying it again. Only wish we had a few more of those $20 off coupons.
My two 13 lb & 17 lb senior logs love this food. Small, bite size kibble. Never a problem eating it. I highly recommend Whole Earth Farms!
I have a 4 mo old pit bull and 3 yorkies. None of my dogs care for this too much. They will eat it but keep waiting for me to give them something else. Sad as I thought they would love it.
Whole earth farms dog food has been the only food that IBD with allergies standard poodle can eat without any issues. My dogs love it! However, the green bag and the healthy grains can no longer be found? Why? I’ve recommended this brand for years now! With all of foods we tried before finally finding this product, I really don’t think that there’s anything out there other than Whole Earth Farms that my dogs sensitive digestive system’s can tolerate. Please don’t stop stocking or making this product. And! Please bring back the healthy grains and the green bags!
Very happy with the delivery time, placed my order and received it 2 days later
I’ve fed this dog food for several years, but this last bag had kibble pieces that are way smaller than any bag I’ve ordered. These last few bags have had progressively smaller kibbles, and this bag is the smallest sized kibbles yet. It’s like all their food is now in small breed size. My dog is refusing to eat it, the same brand and flavors I’ve purchased for years and he won’t touch it. He picks out the larger kibbles from the old bag (same brand) and leaves the new, smaller kibbles. I used to recommend this food to everyone I knew, now I can’t in good conscience.
I have been feeding my dogs this brand for a long time. I’ve had 3 large breed dogs. Well digested, quality ingredients and never any recalls! The kibble size is small now for some reason but my dog doesn’t mind. It’s still a 25 lb bag anyway. I recommend this for any dog.
I find it rare when I can find a dog food for my sensitive dogs. This works! They love it and I can pick up poop instead of diarrhea!
My IBD dog has eaten this food for 5 years now. He loved it, it settled well with his gut issues, it had a great omega ratio and was reasonably priced. The kibble size has been random and mostly shrinking however. It is now smaller than my cat's food. Great if you have a teacup pet. Not great if you have a midsized to large dog. My large dog has been choking on the kibble whenever he eats and gags/coughs them across the floor. I have contacted the company twice. Both times I received a thanks but no thanks reply. Fortunately, Chewy has much better customer service! The final straw came when the last batch arrived, and he refused to eat it (first time ever). I gave up, and I am looking for another brand.
I got this for our Shepard puppy. He is a very picky eater. He looked at it, smelled it, and wanted nothing to do with it.
