Good Price
By Ariel on Feb 1, 2021
I bought this brand because of how cheap it was for the quality of food given, but my cats didn’t really like it and I noticed that they were having stomach problems whenever they ate it. They’ve been eating it for a while now with minimal improvements, but as soon as I put the back on their old food, the soft stool goes away. I’m sure it’s worked for many people, but it just didn’t work for me.

Loved for a few days, then hated
By Kouri on Dec 27, 2020
I originally bought a few individual cans at my local pet store, and my kitten loved it! She would gobble this canned food down which is something I usually don't see her do. So I bought 4 packs of this on Chewy. I'm giving it 3 stars because the ingredients are pretty nice (the only one I don't agree with is Menadione sodium bisulfite/synthetic Vitamin K3 so docking one star off) and another off for the palatability. Truth to be told, this is probably the best canned kitten food in terms of best bang for your buck. Unfortunately, my kitten came to dislike this canned food more and more; at first it wasn't so obvious, but each time I fed her this, she would gradually pick at it less sand less I originally bought a few individual cans at my local pet store, and my kitten loved it! Unfortunately, my kitten came to dislike this canned food more and more; at first it wasn't so obvious, but each time I fed her this, she would gradually pick at it less sand less then leave it there - never touching it again. I rotate her canned food brands throughout the day so that she doesn't get bored of them, but each time when it came to this kitten pate, she'd pick at it twice, then stop all together. So I'm not sure what's wrong with the palatability with this, but it's safe to say my kitten doesn't want to eat this ever again for reasons unsaid. She won't even finish it with her favorite food topping on it either! I guess the only good thing that came out of it was, I guess she hates this canned food so much that she started eating her other canned foods at extreme lightning pace - so now she has "bad tasting food" to compare with "good tasting food" haha! I reached out to Chewy for a return/refund, and they were very kind and understanding of it, so five stars for Chewy's customer service! … more

Dented Cases
By caterpie10 on Jan 24, 2021
The cats like the food just fine. I ordered two cases of this particular variety and 50% was dented/pinched. I work in food service and typically we don’t use dented/pinched cans because of botulism. Worried to order more that they will also be damaged and put my pets at risk.

Kitten loves it.
By Alex on Dec 27, 2020
I adopted my kitten back in August and this has been a staple of his diet. He loves the stuff and I was pleased with the ingredients and price in comparison to some other foods out there. He's eaten this every day since I got him and he always licks his bowl clean. I pair it with his other favorite cans of food if he seems bored with it but otherwise he loves it with a bit of kibble mixed in.

My kittens HATE it!
By Catmama on Jan 12, 2021
All of my 5 kittens hate this food. As soon as I opened it up, they smelled it and ran away. They love wet food and normally gobble up the Avoderm beef canned wet food I have been giving them. I don't know why, but they don't even want to smell it anymore. I bought 24 cans of this. Sigh...

Big fan of this one!
By Kelsey on Feb 5, 2021
My kitten loves this food. Her diet is about half wet half dry, so she gets a third of a 5 oz can twice a day. Appreciate that I don’t have to massively splurge to get a good quality wet food for my girl.

Kittens loved it at first
By OSHx2 on Feb 2, 2021
My two 6-month-old kittens really liked this and ate it happily for about a week, then, suddenly, both just refused it. Not sure if they were burned out or if there was something funky in the next meal. Bummer.

Not for my crew
By PCinDC on Jan 9, 2021
Four out of four, including the kitten, really don’t care for it, but am holding the remaining cans in reserve as I try to shift them away from gravies. I will try again. With finicky cats, sometimes it’s not the food but the timing.

This kitten food has a lot of benefits
By scratcher on Oct 30, 2020
Honestly, I've never tasted the food I feed my foster kittens, but this Whole Earth Farms has a lot of positive features: 1. Littles aren't reluctant to taste it if they like smooth food, like most kittens do. 2. It doesn't smell too much like fish or liver 3. It stays somewhat appetizing when it sits on the plate for a couple hours: The babies will come back and snack on it. 4. It comes in 5-oz cans, saving lots of knuckles and fingernails.

Quality food from the look, cats eat it all by the morning, with a small concern
By HappyCatMom on Oct 4, 2020
The first day I feed the 5oz can to my 2 cats, they eat about 40% of the food within first 30min, but then left the bowl with plenty of food. I was afraid that they do not like it as much as their usually 3oz chicken flake wet food from another brand. But in the morning the bowl is empty clean. And so as the second day. So it might be with the larger size they can't eat it all at once. My small concern is in two cans I opened I saw some dry residue patches on the top of the lid near where the can lid breaks open, which I have not seen on any other wet food packaging. The can does not seem broken before I open it and there's still plenty of time till expiration day.
