    Grain Free = Gas Free

    By on

Whole Earth Farms Healthy Puppy Grain Free reduces the amount of gas my 6 month old puppy gets. I also feed the grain free adult food to my 7 yr old dog. I am very happy with this product.

    Don't Forget To Chew.. :)

    By on

Similar to the canned food, our pup also loves the kibbles from the Whole Earth Farms puppy food range. She'll chase around her kibble dispenser eagerly, asking and looking for more all the time. (If it wasn't in a dispenser, she'd just inhale it....) - we love the brand!

    Perfect for Maltese Puppy

    By on

I purchased this for my Maltese puppy. She really enjoys it, and I didn't notice any trouble with her digestion when I switched her over to this. Going grain-free has helped her from having any tear staining too!

    Another great large puppy food

    By on

I buy Merrick for large breed pups and decided to try this one which is a little lower in price but still great company. Dogs love it. No upset stomach for pup or adult dogs. Will continue to purchase until Pyrennees is 2 yrs old.

For Older/ Larger Puppies, Big Kibble

    By on Top 500 Contributor

These are not small puppy kibbles, just a head's up. If you have a small breed or young puppy this probably isn't the food for you as the kibbles are large. My puppy was already 5 months old and over 15 lbs so she didn't have a problem and loved it.I like that this brand is made in the USA with USA sourced ingredients plus is grain free. I also paired this with their wet food puppy recipe which was also thoroughly enjoyed.

    Will Continue To Buy

My little Boston/Rat Terrier has approved this food. He also isn't getting loose stools any longer. That had been a huge issue. Tried a bunch of different high end foods with no fix. I trust Merrick anyhow. Glad they came out with this line.

    Highly recommended

    By on

I have had my French Bulldog on a few different foods. All of them were high quality foods from name brands. Since I use this brand for my 2 1/2 year old dog I thought this might also be a good choice for my 5 month old.I have found this one to be the best for keeping the flatulence to a minimum which means their bellies are probably more comfortable.

Pup is not loving this food

    By on

The kibble is large and evidently doesn't have the YUM factor as her other puppy food did. I switched her from Merrick real beef puppy because of price. After this bag of Whole Earth is gone she will be going back to Merrick. Purina owns both brands.

    caused diarrhea

    By on

My groomer recommended this food to me as a lower cost food then the food I was feeding my Siberian husky puppy. While she seems to loves the taste of this food and eagerly waits to eat it she developed diarrhea with it, almost immediately. Reading other reviews I found this was a common complaint with this food. I followed the recommended transition schedule and feeding amount and even after the very first meal her stools were softer and it only got worse the longer I fed it to her until it became completely liquid that she couldn't control. I immediately stopped the food, did a homemade chicken/rice/pumpkin mix for a couple of days and put her back on her previous food (wellness puppy core My groomer recommended this food to me as a lower cost food then the food I was feeding my Siberian husky puppy.
