Excellent food
By JJac on Dec 31, 2020
I have been using chewy for years btw! Excellent company! I love this puppy food. I use it on my puppies and if I have a litter of puppies I send them with a bag. Good food. Puppies do fabulous and rated good on dogfoodadvisor.

perhaps but not for our Golden
By GoldenMom on Nov 4, 2020
I wanted to love this because our cat won’t eat anything g but this brand in chicken. So when we got our golden puppy, I stuck with the same brand but we have really struggled with stool and foul smell. At first we thought it was because she was on a antibiotic for awhile and it was tough on her belly but it’s been weeks and we can do better for her. Unfortunately we bought a big bag and I wish we switched sooner but we couldn’t pin point it was the food till now. Price is great, and we still buy the cat food for our cat- but didn’t go well for our golden retriever.

Different from the last time we ordered
By SVelesz on Nov 10, 2020
We have ordered this puppy food numerous times before. This last package, the kibble was much larger. Also, this package has not been agreeing with our puppy for some reason. She cannot keep it down. Very disappointing since we use Whole Earth food for our other dog, and never seemed to have any problems.

Look for lot number and expiration date on your bag
By Lucy on Aug 12, 2020
My puppy likes the kibble. However the second bag of kibble looked different than the first. Pieces were small and un-uniform in shape. I purchased another bag at local pet store and noticed that the bag I received from Chewy did not have an expiry date or lot number. My new bag had both and the product looked like the first one I received. The manufacturer did not have a good explanation for the difference in the product from bag to bag. Chewy told me they would process a credit

My puppy loves this food!
By Lisa on Sep 17, 2020
She gobbles it up compared to the Science Diet puppy kibble. She even sniffs the bag whenever she goes past it because it is so enticing.

Gave puppy runs and loose poops
By Yoshi on Jul 3, 2020
Don’t give this to your puppy unless you want them to be sick! My doodle would eat it but it made her sick . I’m finally taking her off this junk. Don’t do it I do recommend. Also I would receive a bag with little kibbles but then receive one with larger ones. Like okay????! Do not recommend. 0 stars if I could

Cannot complain!
By LunaBear on Jul 12, 2020
My 5 month old puppy loves this food. We had her on a chicken and rice formula and she didn’t really care for it so we switched her food to this. Especially with the salmon, her coat is super soft and shiny. Plus she gets her veggies and fruits in too.

Inconsistency, quality control
By Megs on Apr 30, 2020
I have been purchasing for a while now and have noticed an inconsistency in the size of the kibble. Some bags have large kibble some have very tiny kibble. I reached out to whole earth farms and there response was "this is normal" how is it normal that the product is inconsistent and it is a gamble on what your going to get. One size my dog can chew and one she cant. I do not believe this is normal and think there was a mix up at the production factory that they did not want to admit. My concern with the larger kibble is I dont even think it's the puppy recipe, I think it was put in the wrong bags

Best for small breeds
By Fossdogs on Jul 7, 2020
I bought this for a 40lb puppy and because the pieces are so tiny she doesnt chew them and eats it whole.. Due to size of food I feel like this is a better fit for small breeds..
