  • Kitties licked the bowl clean

    By on

This food is a hit with my kitties which is a relief as it's a more economical option to the more expensive freeze-dried. Luckily my kitties like this food, but that in no way reflects the quality of the ingredients. So the food could have the best ingredients in the world, and someone's kitty will not like the taste anyways. Nevertheless, I will still alternate this with the regular raw, free-dried stuff, as this is a lightly cooked version. I do like that there is one kind of protein (fowl) as opposed to the mixed proteins, to minimize allergies.

  • Easy to mix with water but must mix with other food

    By on

My 13 yr old really finds this easy to eat after I mix it in with water into a paste but I noticed I have to mix it with other wet food, when used alone he would not eat it al, not on its own. But it works! My almost toothless senior cat is now eating. So is my 6 yr old cat. I will buy it again.

Pebbles gives them a 5 paw print rating. Easy to eat. My only disappointment was a lot of them were crushed when I received the package. I just dump those on top of her cat food for an added treat, so nothing is going to waste. Overall a good treat for kitties.

My cat loves these... not overly processed. And the company has very good and prompt answers to your questions. My cat likes these as much as Wysong's Dream treats too. Thanks Chewy

  • Cats don't care for this.

I have put my cats on a "raw food" diet but wanted something healthy for their bowl during the day. They really don't like this at all. Wish they would since the price is so good.

  • Love that it is bone free...

That's the number one I love about this product. I love freeze dried food but I can't feed Little Monsieur FD food 100%. Even though I always add more liquids than recommended - it makes him constipated! So from that one worrisome weekend when he did not want to eat (very strange for this nibbler!) and no poop for more than a day.... I knew that 100% FD might not be his best choice. So now I use FD food for supplement only. Monsieur Tomette likes this one and it does not constipate him (granted that I use it for a mix). I mix it with his wet food so it is hydrated, and top it with its crumble (not much). I feel like this does not contain as much meat as others, but still good ingredients and That's the number one I love about this product. • Maybe it's cause it's duck?

Still trying to get cats to eat it, but there not thrilled! Starting to make homemade cat food and will sprinkle it in, and see if that works...

  • Cats not crazy about it

I wanted to try a different brand to see if my cats would like it. First off most of the bag was crumbs. Second my cats don’t care for it at all. I tried it rehydrated, no go. Tried it crumbled on their dry food. No go. A few will eat it if I mix a little in their wet food. Won’t reorder it. I have 8 cats with different tastes and it didn’t appeal to any of them.

  • They come running when they hear me take out the bag

    By on Top 500 Contributor

Just got two bags of this last week, counting on my two furballs liking it since they LOVE the turkey and chicken Whole Life Originals. I give them as is, as a treat and they just can't get enough. The bags are nice and big and I like the ingredients. Gives them some quality fiber, too. Great product and a huge hit with my two monkeys in cat suits.
