works for us
I have had this for several months and it works perfectly for our puppy walks. However, since she is older now, I will get one a little heavier for future use. Great for a tiny dog or puppy though.
Subpar product
The leash is poorly made . I was walking puppy and she broke off from leash and ran away , luckily we got her back . We only used the leash about 10-15 times as the puppy has had surgery since we got leash and was not allowed to go for walks for a few weeks . I would not recommend this product to any one with a dog over 5 lbs .

Garbage
Bought 2 of these accidentally, only meant to get 1. The first one took my 7 month old puppy 3 days to chew through it. The second was 5 minutes after I put it on her. What a total waist of money.

This leash has it all! One color for all parts, a very comfortable gel handle, and plenty of "run" length for my dog. Will buy it again!
Good Upgrade
We had a smaller size of this that we have used for a year or so and it was great and still in good shape. We wanted a stronger and thicker strap as our dog grew and are really pleased with this one. The grip on these is really comfortable to hold and is made with just the right angle. The mechanism for letting out the lease, locking it or releasing it to retract all work very easily and smoothly. Our dog loves the freedom to walk around and sniff while we can just stay on the sidewalk, the lease adjusts no matter what. The 16' length is just right for us, any longer might get caught on something during use.
My med sized dog snapped this leash in a day with only one pull.

Lasted for 3 years
Overall a good retractible leash. Lasted for 3 years. The gel is coming out of the handle so time to get a new leash. Going with a different brand this time.
